Hematite syncs the mind, body and spirit.

During meditation it can be used to enhance an out of body experience.

If you find yourself in a legal situation, try wearing Hematite to protect yourself.

Hematite is great for those who overindulge, to reduce the urge.

It strengthens all aspects of the blood with its powerful connection. Those with blood disorders should wear Hematite.

The healing aspects of Hematite are that it is great for anemia. It helps with the absorption of iron, and helps the body make red blood cells. Also very good for those who suffer from insomnia.
