Archangel Michael is revered within the Jewish, Christian and Islamic traditions. Michael’s name means, Who is like God. In Joshua 5:13-15, he appeared as a man with a sword in his hand who identified himself as the captain of the Lord's host. In Revelation 12:7, he is named as the archangel who cast Satan out of heaven.

Michael and his divine complement, Faith, serve on the blue ray of spiritual light. They can assist in purifying and strengthening the throat chakra and in mastering all blue-ray qualities. The blue ray provides us with spiritual and physical protection and is pivotal to the proper expression of power and leadership. It is also essential for developing faith and attuning to the divine will and one's divine plan.

Michael the Archangel of the First Ray of Protection, Perfection, and Good Will is known as the Prince of the Archangels, Angel of Deliverance, Defender of the Faith of Sons and Daughters of God, Guardian of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, Protector of the Guru-Chela Relationship. In the heavenly hierarchy, his is the role of the protagonist who leads the armies of light against the rebellious ones.

Archangel Michael is named as "one of the chief princes" by the ascended master who was sent to Daniel during the time of the prophet's final vision. The master, "one like the appearance of a man," strengthened Daniel with these words: "I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince." (Dan. 10)

Archangel Michael is spoken of again in the book of Daniel, in the prophecy concerning the Great Tribulation: "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book." (Dan. 12:1)

The Apostle Jude wrote: "Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil...said, The Lord rebuke thee." (Jude 9)

In the Revelation of Jesus Christ to St. John the Divine it is written: "And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." (Rev. 12:7-9)

Fallen Angels

From this account, we know that many of the fallen angels who followed after Lucifer and his chief lieutenant Satan in the way of the pride and ambition of the carnal mind have taken embodiment on earth as the "tares among the wheat," sowing their seeds of discontent, disobedience, and depravity. This is the price mankind must pay for their disobedience to Lord Maitreya in the mystery school of Lemuria known as the Garden of Eden.

The fallen ones projected the serpentine lie of doubt of the Guru, fear of the Guru, i.e., anxiety in the Guru-chela relationship, and finally succeeded in separating the chelas of the fourth root race--first Adam and Eve and then others--from the representative of the personal Christ.The fundamental lie of mankind's separation from God incarnated as the Guru is sustained to the present hour by the seed of the fallen ones embodied on earth today. It is this wedge of doubt and fear separating "the Woman and her seed," the Mother and her children, Guru and chelas, that has resulted in all types of psychotic and neurotic emotional disorders.

Returning Karma

As the "first angel" referred to in the Book of Revelation, Archangel Michael is the one who comes bearing the first vial of the seven last plagues "for in them is filled up the wrath of God." That which man interprets to be the wrath of God is mankind's own karma which returns to him according to the law of cause and effect. This return of our collective karma marks the hour of judgment--the opportunity to stand, face, and conquer all that is unreal within personal and planetary levels of consciousness.

God assigned to the seven archangels the task of delivering the coils of mankind's karma, not alone on this planet or this system of worlds, but on planets in numberless systems. Archangel Michael comes bearing the golden vial containing the karma of mankind's misuse of the sacred fire on the first ray of God's will. "And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshiped his image." (Rev. 16:2)

With the descent of the fires of judgment, none are spared, all must give accounting. Lucifer was bound by the seven archangels according to the cycles of Terra on April 16, 1975, and summoned to the Court of the Sacred Fire on the God Star Sirius where the Four and Twenty Elders tried and sentenced the archdeceiver of mankind to the second death. "And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night." (Rev. 12:10) With the Fallen One, many who followed him in the Great Rebellion were also brought to trial.

Lucifer has left seeds of Antichrist in the four lower bodies of the children of God, seeds of rebellion planted there by association with the fallen ones in embodiment on earth.

"More dangerous even than the Fallen One are the seeds of rebellion that remain to be consumed," Alpha explains, "for the seed contains within itself the pattern of the whole.... Therefore, that judgment that has come to the Fallen One, meted out by Alpha and Omega, must also resound within the consciousness of every living soul.... Understand that unless you release the judgment in your own microcosm and withdraw all support of the energy veil, when the judgment comes and the skeins of consciousness are found to be woven inextricably with skeins of evil, then the entire globule must pass through the spirals of Alpha and Omega. And this is the ritual, then, of the canceling-out of that which cannot be absorbed into the [Great Cosmic] Sea; for by free will it has not willed it so....Children of the One: Forge your God-identity!"

On February 22, 1976, Ascended Master Kuthumi announced a dispensation from Omega whereby the initiation of the transfer of light is given through the messenger for the deprogramming of the children of the Mother from the seeds of the fallen ones. In addition, each soul is admonished to daily invite the Christ Self, Archangel Michael, and the hosts of the Lord to manifest the judgment of the dragon, the beast, the great whore, and the false prophet--the manifestations of the perversions of God consciousness in the four lower bodies of earth and her evolutions.

Defender of Our Souls

Archangel Michael and the legions of blue lightning are appointed by God to defend the souls of the sons and daughters of God from the Antichrist. They come from the etheric retreat in the Canadian Rockies at Banff near Lake Louise and descend into the astral plane, fully arrayed in blue armor--the energy of God's will--wearing crystalline helmets and carrying shields and swords of blue flame. These swords--scepters of the sacred Word--are rods of God-power used to cut souls free from the wedges and seeds of Lucifer, the programming of the fallen ones, and the negative momentums of personal and planetary karma.
