Dearest Holy Beloveds,

Your sacred physical bodies are undergoing one of the most accelerated times of change that has ever been on the Holy Earth, regardless of your physical age.

This period of time is one of the most accelerated transformation and development that has ever been.

It is important to understand this so that you can navigate each moment and each day.

In order to adapt to this time of transformation, you may need to shift or modify your daily habits, your routines, and the ways that you support and nurture your physical body.

One of the most important things you can do at this time is to practice being present.

By spending some time each day sitting quietly, being attentive to your breath and bringing your attention back to your breath, can greatly assist you in being open to guidance and also to navigating the times of accelerated change.

There may be, for example, different types of foods that are needed in the present moment for you, and these may be different than foods you have habitually eaten, or foods that you may prefer.

Your inner guidance can lead you with these questions, and so having a developed ability to be attentive and present will help you stay flexible and able to respond.

Also very important at this time, dearest Holy Ones, is the need for energetic stability within you.

There is much movement happening, and this can create a habit of responding to change or crises, but without a feeling of being rooted.

You can help this first by caring for your physical body so that you are well balanced with health and the needs for nourishment and rest, but also you can help this by spending time in nature and by breathing and practicing presence, practicing being present with your breath.

This will allow the new frequencies of light that are emanating from the Holy Earth to more directly bring balance, healing, grounding, and support to your energetic and physical body.

It is even better if you can be with others who are also practicing presence with the Holy Earth directly.

Your energetic fields blend together into a larger whole that calls forth a greater transformation for each individual.

You are deeply blessed, dearest, holy ones. Through your soul's great courage and intention, you are present on the holy Earth, providing a stability of light and of consciousness that is deeply important to the many souls who are going through great difficulties, challenges, and sufferings.
