Hello Beautiful Soul!

Coming out the other side of the March Eclipse Season we are off and running! Rebirthing is happening via the DNA upgrade we experienced last month, with each cosmic gateway/portal now building on the New Earth energies that are rippling through us and our world. As well, many are starting a new chapter in their lives!

It may feel like a wobbly time this month within your body, as you are still transmuting and expanding in your cellular structure, your heart and your brain. There is a need to stabilize the new frequencies in the body and bridge that with the higher aspects of the spiritual self. The body is still purging the last of the residue it needs to let go of in order to move to this new frequency. 

The solar plexus area is still adjusting as well to a newfound sense of self-worth, authentic self, and balanced power. It is important at this moment in your evolution to stay grounded, anchor in these new frequencies and allow your life to gracefully unfold amid any uncertainty. 

Going forward you are experiencing a major inner transformation to embody a sense of true purpose to manifest more easily in the world, and create change. To do this requires deep connection with the inner Will, the Higher Self and Spirit to foster co-creative alignment.  

The two archetypes that are assisting us this month in metabolizing this tremendous DNA upgrade are in our Throat Chakra (5th) and are the Prophet and the Muse. These two archetypes assist embodiment via the Ascension chakra (Zeal Point chakra) that is located where the back of the skull meets the base of the neck (More about this in my video). 

The Prophet supports you to own your creative power and creativity - to honour your own capacity to create; to share your creative expression with others and connect to the source of our own creativity. It also supports your to express your needs and true feelings, feel heard, while attuning to universal truth to guide you. 

The Muse will activate the new frequency you are vibrating at to fuse together your creativity, soulfulness and spirituality, taking it to a whole new level, allowing you to shine and step more fully into your sense of purpose at this time on our planet. You are needed to be a Creator - to throw off the shackles of fear, illusion, disillusionment, paranoia, addiction and destruction  - and breathe life into creating a New World era.

Overall, April’s Ascension energies bring in a higher level of consciousness, and downloading of spiritual insight and messages to get us back on track again, to manifest the authenticity that is our divine nature, and creatively express ourselves in a way that honours and empowers the spiritual self.

April psychospiritual and physical symptoms: 

This year the body and mind will be challenged to come into greater synthesis with the whole, with the concept of compassionate co-creation, with pulling in information in a holistic/holographic way, the nervous system will be taxed and stretched to bring in greater attunement to higher frequencies.  

The sun cycle will continue to be very active and support shifts in our power, spiritual illumination and clarity.  Other important comic dates, planetary alignments and gateways will trigger the opportunity to ascend, bring in more creativity and manifestation.  

Above all, watch and support your heart health and mental health this year!  

Here are the symptoms for April:

Positive symptoms: opening to unlimited possibilities, renewed faith in goodness, possibility and the power of love, feeling more peace and ease in your life, more grace and poise to deal with what life throws at you, tapping into your innate talents and divine direction more easily, surrendering to your life path, feeling safe to heal, receiving or feeling more connected to more divine guidance, new perspectives, self-responsibility, surrendering to the process of life/ascension and your challenges without judgement and with gratitude, more connection to heart based decisions & actions, feeling stronger and connected to your inner essence, awareness of healthy emotional boundaries, more wholeness within, greater resolve and resilience, Higher Mind awareness (clear sight and self acceptance), more bridging of head to heart, forgiveness, unconditional love for self/others, joy, play, heart centered purpose and spirituality, detachment from drama, interdependent relationships 

Negative/Shadow symptoms: Battling with your sense of self worth and ability to contribute, disillusionment (with yourself, with the state of the world), anxiety, paranoia, judgement, resentment or a sense of defeat, immune issues, headaches, sore or congested throat, stiff neck and shoulders, lack of self-responsibility, negative self talk, self harm, ego intelligence, unbalanced in sense of inner self, emotional instability, emotional numbness (or wanting to numb), increase in addictions, allergies, ear infections, mouth ulcers, hearing loss, stiff joints, tension in body/mind, anxiety, loneliness, sense of separation, fear, bitterness, grief, codependency in relationships, lung issues (pneumonia, asthma) and circulation issues (high/low blood pressure, blood clot, varicose veins), heart attack, heart palpitations, breast cancer, anemia, angina, Reynaud’s Syndrome (nerve ending issues)

Secondary symptoms: solar plexus pain, gut tension, digestive issues, ear infection/plugged ears, thyroid fluctuation, tailbone or lower back/sciatica pain, achiness, leg/feet/knee issues, ear buzzing/ringing, dizziness, restless sleep, needing more sleep, low mood, frustration, neck/shoulder pain, hip issues, weight fluctuation, feeling drained, intense or nonsensical dreams, kidney issues, feeling stressed, interdimensional/lucid dreaming, shifts in perception of your reality, crawly brain, up and down energy 

Areas more affected this month: throat, back of neck, tonsils, Zeal Point chakra, mouth, ears, parathyroid, thyroid, heart, arms, hands, lungs, chest, Thymus gland (area of the subconscious)
