Hello and welcome! I’m Lynsey Whitehill, co-owner and licensed massage therapist at Massage Haven, and a dedicated energy healer operating from the heart of Pueblo, Colorado. This revelation came during a time of personal turmoil, including struggles with alcohol and a significant health scare in early 2019, which marked my dark night of the soul. This challenging phase drove me to delve deep into energy healing, meditation, and the teachings of various shamans and gurus. My salvation came through meditation and was profoundly solidified by an ayahuasca ceremony in 2023, which illuminated my intrinsic capacity to heal—not just myself, but others.
Now, with over 16 years of experience in massage therapy and bodywork, employing techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, and MPS therapy, I blend these practices with my skills as a certified emotion code practitioner, certified energy healer, and quantum touch practitioner. I am committed to empowering my clients to discover their innate healing abilities, helping them achieve a balanced and harmonious life.
Through guided meditations on my YouTube channel, one-on-one remote healing sessions, and insightful courses, I offer pathways to wellness that remind us that we are our own best medicine.
