The Secret Spin Technique for Higher Consciousness

The ancient practice that reawakens your gifts and clears your perception—if you’re willing to try.
Have you ever felt like you were one breath away from seeing what’s really there—like a thin veil separates you from the truth, and if you could just find the right key, it would all unlock?
I’ve been there. In fact, when I was first awakening, I was insatiable. I read everything I could find—books, sacred texts, channeled messages, ancient manuscripts, all of it. I was hungry to remember who I was. I could feel the urgency, a quiet pulse inside me that whispered: Time is short. You must remember now.
I wasn’t looking for spiritual entertainment. I was looking for activation. And amidst all those pages, one curious technique kept reappearing: spinning.
The Technique That Shifted Everything
It sounded strange at first. Spin? Like a child playing in the grass? But the more I read, the more I realized this wasn’t just movement—it was an ancient method. Sufis use it as a sacred dance. Shamans spin to enter trance. Indigenous peoples use rotational motion to invoke altered states of consciousness. Something inside me lit up. My body already knew.
So one day, I tried it.
At first, I could only manage a few turns. The room swirled, and I was dizzy. But something in me knew to keep going. So I did. Slowly, over time, I built my tolerance. More turns. More stillness within the movement. And then—something happened.
As I came around in my spins, there were beings in the room. I thought I was imagining it. I told myself it was a lamp, or a shadow, or my eyes playing tricks. But every single time I came to a certain angle, there they were. Not scary. Just watching. Holding a frequency. When I reversed the direction of the spin, they disappeared.
Later that day, while I was quietly going about my life, a Chinese Master appeared to me—clear as day. He showed me how to use my hands for healing. Where to place them. How to move. How to listen through the palms. It wasn’t a dream. It was a transmission.
Why Spinning Works (And How It’s Been Used for Centuries)
It took me years to understand why this worked. But the more I studied, the more it made sense.
In many cultures, spinning is used to alter perception and open up multidimensional awareness. The Whirling Dervishes of the Sufi tradition use it to dissolve the ego and enter communion with the Divine. Certain yogic practices include spinning to balance energy systems and realign the chakras. Even children, in their innocence, instinctively spin to reconnect with joy and higher frequencies. (See the 5 tibetans here)
Modern science is catching up. Spinning activates the vestibular system (the body’s balance mechanism), recalibrates the nervous system, increases blood flow to the brain, and can even trigger the pineal gland to release DMT—the so-called “spirit molecule” that enhances perception.
But more than that, spinning helps unhook you from linear reality. It untangles the web of limitation. When done consciously, it allows your frequency to shift just enough to see what’s always been there—but hidden from everyday sight.
How to Do It Safely and Powerfully
If you’re called to try this, please remember: your body is sacred. Your nervous system is sensitive. This isn’t about force—it’s about resonance.
Start Slowly: Begin with just 3 to 5 turns in one direction. Place your arms out gently or bring your palms together at the heart. Choose a smooth floor where you won’t trip or fall.
Spin Clockwise: This is the traditional direction for activating energy fields. Clockwise rotation enhances expansion and spiritual connection.
Reverse to Ground: Always spin a few times counter-clockwise afterward. This rebalances your field and grounds the energy.
Breathe and Be Present: After spinning, sit or lie down. Let yourself integrate. Journal if needed. Listen to what wants to arise.
If your vestibular system is sensitive (dizzy easily, inner ear imbalances, neurological sensitivities), go extra slow or simply visualize the spinning motion while meditating. You’ll still receive some of the frequency benefits without physically turning.
When All Else Fails… Spin
Maybe you’ve tried every guided meditation, every book, every technique—and still feel disconnected.
Maybe you’ve been waiting for something to shake loose the veil.
Maybe this is it.
Spin.
Try something ancient. Something strange. Something simple.
Let your body remember what your mind has forgotten.
Let the movement awaken what’s sleeping inside.
The Dance of Remembering
You are not broken. You are not lost. You are simply in the process of remembering who you truly are.
And sometimes, the most powerful way forward—is not thinking, not striving, but simply… spinning.
Let your cells remember.
Let your soul lead.
And let yourself be guided—one sacred rotation at a time.
Sending you lots of love and high vibrations!
