At this time, as the energetic patterning of the holy Earth undergoes a more profound change, it is helpful and also important to develop within the capability to hold multiple experiences all at once.

This is helpful to balance not only your physical, emotional and energetic bodies, but also is helpful in creating equilibrium and equanimity.

For in reality, there are multiple situations and events happening at once, not only in the larger whole of the planet, but also within individuals.

For example, very beautiful and blessed events can be happening at the same time as deeply challenging and troubling ones.

Another very important aspect to hold at the present time is to let go of the need to plan.

There are certainly many situations that require planning on the practical levels of the holy Earth, however, the way that time is moving now is different.

 Holding all plans lightly is important and also being willing to be in the unknown, when it is not exactly clear when or how something that is needed will occur.

As always, anchoring in the present moment is helpful and can provide the stability needed until more can move forward in the divine light.
