1. Drink plenty of water.
How often do you hear this phrase? Probably a lot. Although we're well aware of the importance of H2O for our overall health, many people still don't drink enough water throughout the day. Water has many more positive effects on your wellbeing than simply quenching your thirst.
It regulates body temperature, helps to detoxify your body, makes your skin glowing, and keeps your energy levels high. An average human body consists of around 60% water. Consequently, it's essential for every process that's going on inside of your body.
By staying hydrated, you'll avoid headaches, fatigue, and your stress levels will drop. You'll generally be in a much better mood. If you have a problem with forgetfulness, keeping a bottle of water next to you at all times can be a great reminder.
2. Get your beauty sleep.

5. Meditate.
The stresses of everyday life can leave us feeling drained at the end of the day. That's why it's important to carve some time for the things that calm you down. Meditation is one of the best methods to unwind after a long and tiring day. It’s also a great way to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. It will quiet your mind, battle anxiety, and improve your breathing technique. There are plenty of tutorials online that can help you get clued up about the proper techniques.

The thing about change is that it’s not the size that matters but perseverance.
