This meditation invites you release people or addictions or negative thoughts and ideas that no longer serve you or/and have given you pain. This is an exercise originally devised by Phyllis Krystal to cut energy cords that we have created. These can drain our personal energy and tie us to behavior that does not work for us. In this meditation we visualize circles of white light surrounded by violet, but if you prefer you can visualize violet circles surrounded by white light. Take your time with this it is a profoundly cleansing exercise.
