As the shift in our collective consciousness continues to unfold what has long defined us is dissolving making way for a more fluid and flexible understanding of our existence. 

Ideas, beliefs and perceptions that have been deeply rooted and fixed are changing. With this change we are required to break away from the long-held stories and narratives that have for eons promoted imbalance, division and conflict.

You are not here to remain static or to seek only what is expected.   You are here to evolve beyond what has been experienced and to birth a wholly new experience of life. When you allow yourself to let go who you think you should be and how you think your life should look, you will begin to see yourself and your life in a whole new way. New opportunities and experiences will emerge to support and encourage a new way of living and being.    Deepen into yourself to feel and sense what is dissolving and what is emerging. – Kate Spreckley
