This Message Is Regarding The Body Mind Connection And The Purpose Of The Subconscious Mind. As Many Of You Know Well, The Body Is A Gift From The Creative Choice Of The Soul. Your Identity On Earth Is Perfect For The Plan Made In The Higher Realms. No Matter The Shape, Size Or Strength, The Soul Knew It Would Be Exactly What Was Needed. You May Be Conditioned To Believe Otherwise, But Cherish The Body As A Friend And It Will Serve You Well.

The Body Is A Mirror Of The Subconscious Mind. It Will Change According To Your Belief. Each Cell Is A Living Organism That Moves And Responds With Consciousness. And Every Moment There Is Communication Flowing In All Cells Throughout The Body. The Subconscious Mind Provides This Communication As Spirit Speaks Without Judgement. When You Program The Subconscious Mind With Affirmations Of Health, Well Being And Energy, The Body Will Respond With Agreement. If You Believe You Are Unhealthy And Weak, Your Body Will Get The Message And Mirror This As Well.

The Body Knows How To Heal. But The Program It Will Follow Is Allowed By Your Own Choices. Nutrients That Are Pure And Free Of Toxins And Dyes Can Be Utilized By Each Cell In All Organs. Ample Water And Rest Will Allow The Body To Rejuvenate And Recover From Stress And Exercise. The Rest Is Up To Spirit Within That Will Speak To The Body Without Fail.

Set Your Intention For Health And Longevity. Give The Body What It Needs To Perform. Meditate And With Relaxation And Belief, The Mirror Of Your Body Will Reflect The Direction Of The Subconscious Mind.

As A Powerful Soul With Perfect Health And Bodies That Know No Death, A Decision Would Never Be Made To Enter A World Of Duality Where Disease And Poor Health Could Not Be Changed. This Is Done By Alignment And The Power Of Belief. There Are Some Circumstances And Maladies That Serve The Purpose Of The Soul For A Greater Depth Of Understanding. The Bombardment Of Sound, Trauma And Toxic Food Allowed The Beginning of Allergies And Body Reactions. Change What You Can And Program The Subconscious To Serve You With Great Health And Well Being.
