The Mind Is Always On The Job!

Happy Monday! Today presents another opportunity to notice all of the unimportant thoughts that float through the mind, one after another lol it can be relentless. The mind needs to be on the job 24/7 (the mind is a very dedicated employee) and so it will find all sorts of pointless information and past nonsense to get your approval to zone in on. Of course we get lost in this vortex of thoughts that simply creates all sort of speculations often not grounded in any relevant fact.
Anyway I just wanted to share that bit of reminder. Do share this with others perhaps that person may need to be reminded of this today in dealing with family, friends or coworkers!
