Greetings, Luminous One!

Wherever you are right now, you may be experiencing high temperatures like I am. All around me, people are complaining about the heat (just like in January people complain about the cold).

As tempting as it is to join in the misery talk, I know such discontent won't positively affect my nervous system and emotional center. In fact, it would send me straight into a tight little ball of unhappiness!

I'm better off working the practice of Acceptance, so my energy field can instead remain calm and in flow.

Acceptance asks us to release our expectations of how we think things should be. When we release those expectations, we can more easily move into peace with what is, rather than what we wish it would be.

This helps us to remember that there's always something to appreciate in the given moment!

You know by now that a simple application of the Infinity Wave can do wonders for changing your state of being instantly. I've had lots of testimonials recently from people who are successfully using it to shift their reality.

I encourage you to print out the Wave graphic and put it up in your car, kitchen, bathroom mirror, or wherever to help you remember to stay in flow. It's more important now than ever as tensions rise in the collective.

Also, over the last month of meditations, there have been a few times when we've sent healing Waves to people who have been in need, and every single one has reflected back to me how much better they felt afterwards. One even said it helped her turn the corner on recovery from "long" Covid!

As a result, I think it's time to start using the Infinity Wave more often in our weekly meetings as a healing tool... SO, starting tomorrow, each person who comes with an issue will receive a few moments of Wave Focus before or during the meditation.

As we near then end of this month's focus, Gary Malkin and I are also beginning our preparations for our Graceful Passages workshop in November (see below), which is making me even more keenly aware of how important this practice of Acceptance is for dealing with our mortality.
