At this time when much is happening on the physical planes of life, it may seem to be a luxury to take time to sit quietly to turn your breath to the divine one that is all, however we would say to you that this is one of the most helpful activities that you can do at this time to meet the challenges that face you and your world.

The divine breath has all that you need to discover the depth of the miracles that lies within you, waiting to be discovered.

There are many avenues now being made available on the holy Earth for you to discover yourself.

As you sit with your holy breath and attune in your heart, listen to where your heart wishes to be.

If you are not sure and you are seeking, imagine your heart radiating strongly outwards and sending forth a beacon of its divine unique sound, fragrance and light.

Imagine that your heart sends forth a divine call, seeking all that is needed to fulfill your purpose and to continue your sacred journey.

As you allow your heart to radiate more strongly, that which you seek will come to you and that which you need will begin to manifest.

Allow your heart to expand and be visible, and give yourself permission to release old habits of separation.
