Today’s guided meditation will take you on a journey into a magical land, a land where you will be given the opportunity to search deep into your soul for the answers to the most important questions of your life. You will first journey into an ancient and magical library, and from there you will find yourself transported to a deeply spiritual space where all kind of wonderful things will be revealed to you.

Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
