Since many people are concerned about 5G and its effects on you especially if you are close to one of the towers or simply in an area where the energy is broadcast widely in the form of millimeter waves or microwaves then I’m going to make these suggestions.

First, as always as you know, I recommend you do on your own invite in your energies that are benevolent for you as you find here.

In the form of Benevolent Magic: "I request that I be insulated and protected from any harmful effects of 5G and any other forms of microwaves and millimeter waves, resulting in the most benevolent outcome for me.”

In the form of Living Prayer: "I am asking that I be insulated and protected from any harmful effects of 5G and any other forms of microwaves and millimeter waves."

And to say for others such as loved ones and others you may care about:

"I am asking that (fill in names here) be insulated and protected from any harmful effects of 5G and any other forms of microwaves and millimeter waves."
