See how characters are set up to approve of each other especially and to disapprove of each other especially.

You truly do not have to worry about how characters appear and about the forms their surfaces seem to take. They are only a reflection of the thoughts you believe. As you allow your mind to calm, they all take on the face of harmony and divine order, reflecting what you truly are.

As for the beings shining behind the characters, you never have to worry about them. You yourself are such a being, so you have no cause to worry about yourself. As you can see, you have no cause for worry.

You do have cause to question every thought of special approval and special disapproval. These thoughts are what keep you seeing surfaces that you believe indicate separations and differences. Start with the thoughts of special disapproval. Set each one aside and focus upon something Real for a moment. You will eventually notice that your thoughts of special approval hold anxiety and tension–trying to cover up the actual goodness that all are together. Simply watch how you feel, and you will notice.

Your foundation is in your unity. Your unity is Real. Your actual unity is what you can focus upon in the moment after you notice you have been tricked by the thought of ego. Remember this: Whatever you see, you see it because of a thought you believed. When you believe a thought, it is as if you say, “I want to see this.” So everything you see, you wanted to see it. This is easily undone. When you wonder how multiple minds work together to seem to see the same thing, remember that in truth you do share one mind. You are only pretending that your minds are separate. Any one of you can bring full healing to the mind you share.

Allow your hidden core of tension to be released through your heart. Your hidden core of tension is anywhere you are convinced you are separate from anyone or anything. This sets up a defensiveness, a protectiveness of the fictional separate self. As you find your willingness to see the same loving quality in all, you allow your defenses to melt. You can see that you don’t need them, and your unity is enough.

When you look at or think of another, remember that there is something delightful there to be seen. Find your willingness to see what is delightful. You don’t have to analyze another and decree what they are especially. Allow your remembrance to build that the same delight is present within all, and trust what is the same about all of you in every moment. There is no one who is not greatly loved and fully embraced. Focus on that embrace and acceptance and find the thoughts that guide you through every situation in which you find yourself.

There is something that conducts everyone through and out of your dream together. Focus on this in any moment in which you notice tension. That tension is your attachment to a dream, your pretending that it is real. Focus inward upon what is real instead, that which is real within everyone, and you are carried with everyone through and out of what you have imagined.
