Fill your hearts. Many ask: “What is it like to fill your heart with Light? How to do this? I am unable. How do I do this?” We have tried to bring you many easy things, so that you can effectively put yourself in balance, in peace as if the world outside didn't exist.

So I'm going to try to explain to you what it's like to fill your heart with Light. Every being in the Third Dimension is used to the material, the physical, something that corresponds to what exists in the ethereal. Your biggest difficulty is exactly this: you imagine, do something, in which you don't know the physical counterpoint; they don't know it as something physical.

So it's difficult for you. You always say that you can't do it, because you are afraid of what you will imagine; They are afraid of what they will create. Because they are aware that everything that is created reverberates. And on this point, I even agree with you.

But, my brothers, when we speak, creating a heart, filling it with Light, is it so difficult for you to make this image? It really is a heart. The etheric heart or the imaginary heart has the same shape as the heart you know. And it's inside your chest. So, filling the heart with Light is looking inside your own physical body, seeing where the heart is, and filling it with Light..

It's as if you took a bowl, put a lighted liquid in it, and went over the heart and turned that liquid inside it. And the heart was kind of transparent, and as the liquid goes down, it lights up the heart. And you fill your heart with Light. Difficult? No, it's not.

So, filling your heart with Light, that's it.

Fill your heart with Love! What does it mean to fill your heart with Love? It's thinking about beautiful things. It's thinking about happy moments. It's thinking about those you love and that it brings you joy to love them. It is to put representations of the Love that you experience. It doesn't matter if it is not yet Unconditional Love, but it is the love that you know. And remember each one of these experiences, and feel your heart growing with so much joy, with so much peace. That is, filling the heart with Love.

It's thinking beautiful things. It is thinking about the goodness of God the Father/Mother. It's thinking about your life, about the physical being that you are. In the miracle of God the Father/Mother, that each one of you is today, and that I once was. I already had a physical body. I know what it's like to go through all these difficulties that you go through. And today I am on a much higher plane, where nothing that you actually care about exists. There is no worry. There is the present moment, which for me, right now, is being here with you.

So, when we say filling your heart, don't think about anything fancy or eccentric. It's taking the heart that you have inside your body and filling it with what we ask for. With Light, with Love. This is usually what we ask for, Light and Love.

When we speak, fill your minds with Light and Love in the same way. It's as if you took a part of your head, where the brain is, and filled it with that same illuminated liquid; fill your mind with Light. Think only good things, loving things, fantastic moments.

Fill the body with Light! Ah, well, then it will have to be a bigger vessel. A bucket, perhaps? Fill a bucket with a well-lit liquid. And start turning from the head. See the Crown Chakra as a hole. And you start pouring this liquid inside your bodies and it runs down your Channel of Light and overflows throughout your body up to your big toe. And that is filling the body with Light.

It seems funny and simple, doesn't it? And that's exactly what we want. This is exactly what I want to bring to you; the simplicity of the things we ask for. Nothing is so complex that you can't do it.

Empty your mind! Ah, this one is easier. It's through that little hole, sucking out all the brain, leaving the head empty. Yes, totally empty. That is, empty the mind. Realize how everything is figurative, how everything is make believe. No one will be left without a brain. Obviously not. But you will empty your heads. Imagine that you have; If you don't really like emptying your brain, that's okay..

So imagine that inside your head there are a lot of old things stored that you no longer remember. And then, you're going to do a big cleaning. They're going to open their heads and they're going to take out all these old things from inside. They will sweep, they will wash, they will light, open the windows. This is a good way to empty your mind. At the end of this exercise, you will not be thinking about anything. You will be looking at a clean and empty mind. Easily.

So, my brothers, do not put obstacles in the way, do not hinder the things we ask for. They are always, very simple. We wouldn't ask you to do anything that would be difficult, that would be something that you didn't know. Create in your minds what we ask. What we ask for is always related to Light and Love. And even if you create something a little different, it will be full of Light and Love. And if this reverberates, everything is fine because it is full of Light and Love. I'm not afraid of what you will create.

Of course, you have to be responsible for what you create. But as long as it's something enlightened and loving, there's no problem. You can create a big monster. Ugly, very ugly. But with an immense heart, full of Love, and he emanates Light. What's the problem with him being ugly? It is ugly within a conception, within an imposition, that was placed on them by their world. But what matters is the heart. What matters is what he is, a monster of Light. And he will reverberate this Light through many spaces.

Do you understand? I'm not afraid of what they will create. Be ready. Always ready. And do everything with joy. Don't make it difficult. Do it with joy. And if you are doing something that a Being of Light is asking, always be sure: we are there by your side. If you can't, ask for our help, we're right there, helping you create what.

Go, try it. Fill yourself with Light, do this exercise. “Ah, and where am I going to find the Light to put in the bucket? You will create this liquid. It is an illuminated liquid. Think of water, light this water. Make it colorful and illuminated. And that's it, it's Light. This is a bath of Light. An illuminated liquid.
