"Greetings, Beloved Ones.

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

Beloved One, as you are moving through your ascension journey, you will be able to remember who you really are: 

A child of God, pure, innocent, safe, loving and loved.

Your mind is still split into God's Mind and the Ego Mind and part of your ascension journey is the transcendence of the Ego Mind.

Over Eons, the Ego Mind told you who you are: 

unworthy, guilty and deserving of suffering.

This might sound harsh, but the Ego Mind is unfortunately harsh and unloving...

And so, this message of unworthiness, guilt and punishment has been reflected all throughout humanities experiences.

Sometimes, this message was more hidden and sometimes it was coming to the surface more obviously.

Now, that you are on your path of Ascension, you can choose if you wish to continue to listen to the messages of the Ego Mind, which are false, or, if you wish to listen to the Mind of God, which is the only Truth.

The Mind of God is speaking to you through the Holy Spirit - the voice for God.

Whenever your thoughts are telling you messages of the Ego Mind (see above,) you can now choose to ask what the Holy Spirit's thoughts are.

The thoughts of the Holy Spirit are always loving towards you and others. Always.

When you begin the process of turning to the Holy Spirit, the transcendence of the Ego Mind will begin.

There will be many layers of the Ego Mind ready to be undone...

Simply become aware of your thoughts and continue to turn to the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit will orchestrate the perfect path to undo the Ego Mind and you will be free and ascend.
