My presence here today is also to reinforce the invitation for our meeting tomorrow: portal day, 11/11. 

This portal is one of the most powerful portals of the year, and I would like to remind you to keep your hearts light, happy and peaceful. If they want to discuss something with you, discuss, question, simply don't respond, stay within balance. Emanate Light to those who are trying to take you out of balance, and say nothing, respond nothing.

I recognize that for some, talking to the wind is an affront, as they like to always have the answer, but they will have to learn not to listen to anything. And you also need to learn not to respond at all. Get away from me. No one is obliged to listen or discuss; it's a matter of choice. So try to keep this day as vibrant as possible. Emanate Love. Emanate joy.

Avoid participating in conversations that will bring you no benefit. Avoid contact with people you know to be negative. This is all so that you can absorb as much of the energy and Light that will be arriving tomorrow. Everything is enhanced tomorrow. Everything that is for the good and unfortunately also everything that is for the bad.

Understand that energies respond to those who emanate them. So if there is something that enhances, it will enhance everything, no matter if it is light or shadow. Staying within the Light tomorrow is a great feat, so that you do not increase the quotient of shadows that will be so strong. Emanate a lot of Light. Our meditation, at the end of the day, at 8:30 pm, will seal everyone's day. It will be magnificent and intense.

I just ask each one of you to come to the meditation tomorrow with a glass of water; filtered water, mineral water, whatever you want; a glass of water. No one needs to buy a new glass, it's a glass or any of your houses. Fill it with water, water that you can drink, and bring it to the moment of meditation. This will be important.

So my brothers, open your hearts. Avoid lowering your vibrations. Look at the heavens and see a great volume of energy descending, penetrating your body, your mind, your soul. Keep your chakras balanced, keep your minds clear. Try to eat as balanced a diet as possible. See what I said: balanced.

Avoid excesses, avoid very unhealthy things, so that you can keep your bodies clean, and the cleaner the body, the more energy it absorbs. And what will this energy be doing? Acting on the transformation of their bodies, on changing the structure of their bodies. You may feel some symptoms, some discomfort. And what is the appropriate procedure for this? Just one: drink lots of water.

Drink lots of water during the day; lots of water, so that all the energy that arrives, that transforms, and that generates waste, from everything that is being transformed; and these residues are eliminated through the water you drink, thus avoiding discomfort and discomfort. If you have an animal at home, give it plenty of water too. The animals are receiving a very large load of energy.

Never forget: No animal comes your way without reason or reason; they are little guardians that are around. So look at them fondly. Treat them the same way you are treating yourself because they also need a lot of water. Yes, their structures are changing too; of everyone on the planet.

So my brothers, keep your balance. Open your hearts to joy. Play. Talk nonsense so they laugh a lot. The important thing is to keep your heart and mind in joy. Staying in joy is sure to maintain a balanced and clean body. Don't subject yourself to anything. Don't allow them to take you out of balance. You have already been instructed what to do.

No one is forced to become unbalanced unless they make this choice. So I hope each of you makes the right choice: stay in balance, stay in joy, stay in happiness. Looking at the sky and feeling all the strength and energy that is reaching the planet. This portal is a very important day in the entire process, because it opens for more Light and more energy to penetrate the planet. But like I said, it enhances everything: the good and the bad.

So it is up to us to keep the good on the rise, so that the evil that grows, grows in small quantities, because joy and Light will be prevailing on the planet. Be part of it. Emanate Light. Emanate Love. Keep the planet lit. Take Gaia in your hands, and emanate a lot of Light and a lot of Love to her. It doesn't matter if you have technique or not.

If your Love is true, if the feeling comes from the heart, Gaia will be very happy with your energy, with her own energy. And you will certainly be contributing to your own ascension and the ascension of the planet. Never forget that. Everyone has power. You are all powerful. Just one thing is enough: that you believe in it.
