Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays
- Details

Many people who know the truth regarding the historical development of certain holidays would rather not celebrate them.
However, sometimes people remain silent about the root of particular holidays, so they go ahead and engage in various festivities with family and friends due to a sense of obligation.
Even many persons who do not know about the history of how certain holidays began or do not care and just want to have fun, find themselves stressed because of preparations and entertaining. Here are a few tips on being stress-free during the holidays regardless of your specific beliefs:
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 1
While you are preparing for certain holiday events (shopping, sending invitations, decorating, etc.), each morning swirl down SOURCE LIGHT around you as protection from the erratic, chaotic energies of others. Then say: “I AM BLESSED BY SOURCE LIGHT.” Remember to always breathe deeply each day to access proper oxygen. Think as you do so that you are breathing-in SOURCE BREATH.
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 2
Wear calming essential oils such as AMBER, JASMINE, ROSE, ROSEWOOD, or SANDALWOOD. Place a tiny bit on your clothing too. The scent from these natural fragrances will keep your nervous system calm during the day or evening.
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 3
Wear a necklace, bracelet, or prayer mala of one of the following beads: AMAZONITE, AMBER, AQUAMARINE, BODDHI SEED, CHRYSOCOLLA, PEACH MOONSTONE, ROSE QUARTZ, ROSEWOOD, SANDALWOOD, or TURQUOISE. All of these are very calming, and the AMAZONITE and AMBER also are protection from EMFs (Electromagnetic Frequencies). You can also wear BLACK TOURMALINE, HEMATITE, or SHUNGITE if you are concerned about being around lots of technology at the home of friends and family.
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 4
Wear calming clothing colors such as those in the blue and purple family. Pink and light green are also calming. Red, orange, and yellow tend to stir-up the nervous system, even though these colors are popular at holiday times.
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 5
Insist that meals begin with prayer and offer to recite the prayer. Here is one that you may wish to say. It is a good idea to make copies of it beforehand to gift to everyone at the celebration:
“Oh, Source Of Our Existence, Thou Who Has Many Names Throughout The Traditions Of Humanity, We Know You To Be One God Who Possesses Many Attributes. We Are Grateful To Be Gathered Among Family And Friends Today, And We Ask You To Bless Our Meal With Thy Revitalizing Frequencies And To Sustain Us As We Continue Our Earthly Journey. May Each Person Here Be Kept Healthy, Be Protected, And Be Prospered in Numerous Ways By Thy Nurturing Love. Amen.” (Or “Shanti Shanti Shanti” Or “Ameen” Or “Sacred Praises” If Appropriate).
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 6
If the holiday is one in which gifts are expected, try not to purchase expensive items such as technological devices (which encourage the usage of dangerous EMFs), or food with chemicals for preservation (certain store-bought cakes, cookies, candy, etc.). Instead, if you have the time, bake your own goodies or purchase books of HIGHER KNOWLEDGE or give gift certificates to a restaurant that serves healthy organic meals or purchase holiday boxes that contain natural shower gels, lotions, hand creams, etc. or write a document which contains your wish for PEACE and LOVE in our world on decorative paper, make copies of it and gift it to everyone in attendance. Inexpensive picture frames for them can be obtained at what are called “dollar stores” if you live in the USA. In other words, give gifts that demonstrate your attempt at a higher level of CONSCIOUSNESS. You may inspire others to elevate. If not, at least you will have tried, and you can feel good about not having merely given-in to the “3d” perspective of chaos and confusion.
Staying Stress-Free During The Holidays – 7
At the end of the day once you have returned home (or to your hotel room if you are traveling), wand your entire body with either a Tibetan singing bowl or a tuning fork—each of which plays the “miracle tone” of 528 Hertz. This will remove any disharmonious vibrations from your auric fields and also allow you to obtain a peaceful sleep. You may also want to take a bath or shower using sea salt and calming lavender essential oil.
Everyone has holidays that they celebrate.
Many of them, however, are based only upon an ancient solar mythos, and the people and events did not actually exist.
Some of them are rooted in actual historical events.
Some are based upon celebrating successful pilgrimages to lands that are considered holy to certain paths (such as when Muslims make “Hajj” to Mecca in Saudi Arabia and their successful journey is celebrated as “Eid Ul Adha”).
We do not have to voluntarily allow ourselves to be stressed during any holiday season or special event.
We can enjoy our loved ones and still be true to our spiritual orientation and our historical knowledge.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
