Calming And Balancing Light Activation Symptoms

For the next several days and weeks, “Light Activation Symptoms” (also known as “Ascension Symptoms”) can be intense due to all of the very potent incoming cosmic events.
Although we need the LIGHT, it can be challenging to deal with when it is constantly pushing into our physical vessel.
The constant pulsations of strong flares and CMEs to both the Sun-facing side and the far side of our planet along with the convergence of fast and slow-moving solar winds which cause shock waves to our planet are “Energy Fluxes”.
A technique from the ancient system of “Chi Gong” can help us to be calm and balanced during these increased frequencies.
- Sit comfortably in a chair with your bare feet resting on the floor or sit on the floor in the lotus position on a comfortable large cushion.
- Close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath.
- Press the thumb of your right hand firmly into the palm of your left hand (be sure you are pressing in the middle) for 60 seconds, but do not press so hard that you experience pain.
- Then press the thumb of your left hand into the palm of your right hand for 60 seconds while still breathing deeply.
- Do this daily—more than once if you desire.
Our hands and fingers have meridians which are connected to the organs and muscles in our physical vessels.
This is just one technique of many which can assist in regulating nervous system function, help with the digestive system, calm heart rhythms, and give relaxation to our minds and emotions.
For added spiritual ambiance, play soft music or light incense.
