When life knocks you down, try to land on your back. Because if you can look up, you can get up. Let your reason get you back up. Les Brown

When life knocks you down, it can feel quite challenging to start all over again. It can feel quite challenging to find the inner strength, faith, and confidence to get up, dust yourself off and try again. In fact, your mind, and all your fearful emotions will probably tell you that you will never recover. That you will never see the sun shine on your street again. But you have to learn not to buy into all of that nonsense.

Even though in those moments of intense fear, pain, and darkness you will feel as though you have no strength left to keep on going, you do. You really, really, really, do. And this powerful video is meant to remind you of that inner strength and power so that you can stand back up whenever life knocks you down and keep on going, no matter how slow.
