Introduction:
Find a peaceful spot where you can relax with ease. Choose a position that keeps your spine straight, whether sitting or lying down.
If you prefer to keep your eyes open, use a soft gaze focused on one spot in front of you throughout the meditation. Otherwise, close your eyes and rest in the silence within.
Start by taking a few deep breaths, allowing your body to expand with each inhalation and gently letting it out with each exhalation. Repeat this a few times to help your body relax, breathing in, breathing out. Now, let your breathing return to its natural rhythm and listen to yourself breathe.
Entering the Heart Space:
Now, let's journey deeper into your heart, into the quiet stillness at its center. Imagine descending further into your heart. Begin by focusing on something that evokes love for you - it might be the fall leaves, a beloved pet, a moment with your partner, the birth of a child, a sunset, or your first snowfall. Whatever it is, let that feeling guide you to soften your heart.
Check within if your heart space feels safe enough to open. If there's hesitation, reassure your heart that this journey is safe. Your heart space isn't just your physical heart; it's the energy around it, radiating from both the front and back of your body.
The Sacred Space:
Visualize yourself in a room with soft lights, where there's only one visible element: an intricately carved door. This is your sacred space, your home of divine essence. Feel a thrill of excitement as you approach this door, stepping towards it with courage. A guide greets you, inviting you to step through when you're ready.
As you pass through, you enter the most beautiful room you've ever seen. Take a moment to look around. Notice the light streaming in—how it feels, the quality of the light. What does the room look like? Is it adorned with mosaic tiles, velvety carpets, high ceilings, or perhaps stained glass?
The Diamond of Self:
At the center of this room, a brilliant light shines, emanating from a diamond of significant size, cut in an impossibly beautiful way. This diamond reflects light in every direction, breathtaking in its brilliance. Your guide explains that this diamond is a representation of your divine essence.
Approach it, feel its connection to you. As you focus on the diamond, it brightens, and you begin to sense your own energy expanding, swirling, and radiating outward, reflecting who you truly are.
Reflecting Through Love:
Intend to see yourself clearly through this reflection, through the eyes of love. This diamond holds your memories, all that you've ever loved, and your divine qualities, reflecting your eternal self. It encapsulates not only your past love but all your future desires and dreams.
Your guide confirms your divine creation, emphasizing your uniqueness and the unconditional love you are enveloped in.
Embracing Unconditional Love:
You are invited to feel and listen to the love reflected back at you. There's no need to prove yourself to be loved; your mere existence is reason enough for love.
Returning and Reassurance:
Wondering if you can return to this place, your guide reassures you that this sacred space is always accessible. If any resistance arises, you can seek help from the divine, your ancestors, or guides to dissolve fears or hesitations. You can also call upon Archangels Raphael or Michael for their healing lights.
Your guide leaves you to commune with this space, suggesting you return often to receive and reflect. Here, you might gain insights, feel what has been waiting to be acknowledged within you, or simply bask in silent communion with your essence.
Conclusion:
When ready, you thank your guide and your diamond self, preparing to leave. As you exit through the door, slowly return to the present, wiggling your toes or rubbing your hands together to reconnect with your physical form. When you're ready, open your eyes.
This meditation serves not just as a journey but as a reminder of your intrinsic value and the ever-present love surrounding you, inviting you to revisit and embrace your divine essence whenever you desire.
