The Equinox (Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and Fall in the Southern) is Thursday, March 20th at 3:01am Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).

Dear Friends,

An Equinox is always a good time to visit your intentions and see what needs to come to completion before embarking on something new. This equinox, as it falls in the window between 2 eclipses, is especially supportive of completing ancestral and personal past life karmic patterns. It is a good idea to be available for whatever healing needs to take place during this time.

There is great energy for being inspired by what is, and what can be, a new experience and direction. Work with beauty and gratitude to keep your vibration high. It is easy to fall into despair especially when faced with karmic debris, both personal and collective. However, it is very important during these times to come from the heart with compassion, hope, and resiliency. Do something that inspires you and helps you feel grounded and purposeful.

She apprenticed for 10 years with a Huichol Shaman from Mexico and has studied cross cultural shamanic healing from numerous traditions including the Amazon basin, Native American, Northern European and Siberian. Lena has taught and worked with individuals, groups, businesses and communities for the past 25 years, helping to bring shamanic nature based wisdom back into people's lives. One of her specialities is the woven song tradition of the Shipibo tribe in the Peruvian Amazon, the singing of Icaros or healing songs. The individual healing work with these energy patterns through song and other shamanic techniques has had a powerful impact on her clients. Lena is the co-author of the "Secrets of Shamanism, How to Tap the Spirit Power Within" and a contributor to "The Power Path". Along with husband and partner Jose, she is the co-founder and one of the primary instructors of Power Path Seminars and the School of Shamanism.
