What Does Seeing White Light Mean While Meditating

If you see white light while meditating, that's good! However, you are probably experiencing something that few people can do. Each color has a certain frequency, because color is actually light energy.

So, it is possible to see other colors during meditation and prayer. In the teachings of the basic seven chakras, we learn that each of them has a different color, which are the same colors that are found in the rainbow. These primary colors can also appear to you in your spiritual practice.

You can see white light while meditating, praying, or talking to your guardian angel. If this happens to you after dark (you're talking to your angel before bed), it's like someone shining a flashlight in your eyes even though your eyelids are closed.

It can be so intense and distracting that you can interrupt prayer, open your eyes and look for the source of light, but you will not find any, on the contrary, it will disappear.

In the evening and at night, it is understandably easier to notice, because the white color will stand out beautifully against a contrasting black background.

It is the highest vibration, the purest light. If you see white light while meditating, it means that a new, powerful, and highly spiritual energy has just entered your energy field.

White light has the highest spiritual, etheric and non-physical qualities, connecting you to a higher dimension. It is the pure Truth that helps you connect with your higher self or your spirit guides. However, white light itself is not static, it can shift in the field of view according to the situation.

You can see white light from either side through your closed eyes, and this may indicate which side of you your spirit guide is standing on. Take note of it. When you talk to your angel and intuitively feel it on the left, white light will also illuminate you from the left side. It is the light of your spirit guide.

When you pray or speak to the Constructive Force of the Universe, you can see a white light from below, that is, it is being emitted directly by you. You glow white during prayer because you have raised your vibration. So pray often to harmonize in this way regularly.

It may also happen that if you take a natural crystal or energy crystal in your hand in the evening before going to bed, you will see a source of white light where the crystal is currently located through your closed eyes. You will see a white light even if it is hidden under the duvet.

It is a manifestation of clairvoyance and a healthy, active pineal gland. When I began to see this light, I was surprised and looked for where it was shining on me from. Over time, I have observed that it occurs in specific situations that are repeated. The phenomenon itself can also evolve over time. It probably goes hand in hand with human development. I remember, for example, seeing a yellow light, sometimes it was green. As I got older, I saw bright deep purples, indigos, and light blues. Today it is mostly pure white.

If you see white sparks, or flashes of white light, your angels are also close to you. Sparks and flashes can be seen even during the day.

If you want to use and develop this ability more, it has proven to me to darken the bedroom at night, because in good darkness you can exclude external influences if you do not believe in yourself at first, or you see the light only very weakly, and secondly in dense darkness the light stands out more and its vision is easier overall. Plus, it's a pretty intense experience to have eyes full of light, open them and look at the perfect darkness. It's like a transfer to another planet.
