Practice Awareness
- Details
- Written by Tony Samara
When you have a clear understanding of the positive and negative constellations that generate energy in your life, this awareness in itself is already a way to expand your perspective and open your mind to new paths and new positive constellations.
Without such knowledge, it is difficult to make clear and informed decisions. Most decisions are habitual and not based on clear awareness but rather the internal confusion that the mind gets attached to. An aware perspective (which simply means being present to the breath in a meditative way) can become more of a natural place you make decisions from, allowing for meaningful communication.
It’s both empowering and comforting to know that you already have everything you need inside of yourself, making it very easy to practice awareness without gadgets, or complex psychological formulas and books.
Furthermore, remembering this inner wisdom allows you to understand that you are already clear, and that making an informed decision only needs one to recognise one’s values and purpose in the midst of a mind caught in habits, constellations and confused energies. Here are some suggestions to help you with your practice.
- Breathe deeply, and, with every breath, just be grateful for being present, and from this awareness, navigate life. If you are unsure of the practice just take the first step. Breathe deeply, then focus on a state of being, such as gratitude, inner peace, acceptance, or love.
- Somatic awareness. Focus on a part of your body, your right hand or a relaxing of the jaws.
- Focus on a positive that isn’t dependent on anyone or anything.
- Focus on a grounding movement, put yourself in a position of feeling it, or remembering a time when you had that state, and felt connected to this moment, especially if it felt good. It is important to bring up memories of feeling good.
In gratitude,
Tony Samara
