How To Use White Light During Meditation For Protection

You may not think too much about your personal energy or the energy of other people, but these things actually affect us much more than you might think.
Protecting your personal energy is therefore extremely important. If you have never heard of white light meditation, this will be a pleasant new experience. It's a good and easy way to strengthen the protection of your personal energy and prevent other people from vacuuming you. This creates your own protective bubble.
Below I will focus on how to practice white light meditation. Performing it every day before you leave the house will give you a better view of the situation and greater energy resistance to external influences.
Meditation with white light
Sit back in a place where you feel good. Make sure you are resting your back comfortably and you are calm. Focus on your breath and clear your head, forget all the worries and tasks you have in front of you.
Close your eyes and imagine your body sitting in your mind. Then imagine the white light radiating from your body. Allow it to create the brightest and strongest light possible and spread it outwards. Create a large glowing bubble around your body and hold it there for a while. Try to see it in your mind as best you can.
Once the bubble surrounds your entire being and is dense and stable, tell yourself that this white light bubble will protect you throughout the day. It will act as a protective barrier to keep your personal energy with you.
Then you can end the meditation and start your day. If you feel that you need to repeat it during the day, feel free to do so. It shouldn't take you much time, just about 5 to 10 minutes.
