Since life can be quite intense at times, we need to give ourselves permission to relax and let go of all the stress, pain, and worries of the day so that we can can experience deeper levels of peace and relaxation that are present underneath it all. Because if we don’t, we will harm ourselves and those we love.
This amazing meditation for deep relaxation will take you on a journey of peace, love, and healing, where you will learn to let go of any pain, tension, and heaviness that might be present in your life so that you can open yourself to the many gifts and blessings life has to offer.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
