Welcome to the Wonder of our Autumn Season

Welcome to the Wonder of our Autumn Season

With freshly baked apple pie permeating the air, the arrival of new root vegetables to enjoy, and a more pronounced feeling of gratitude and togetherness woven throughout our human encounters, I welcome you to the beauty, magic, and majestic wonder of our autumn season. May it be a time to become aware of the new aspects of self stepping forward from within, an opportunity to reflect on the past and a chance to glean the wisdom preparing for your next exciting steps forward.

May you take time to replenish your Spirit by connecting with nature, embracing extended moments of silence, and embracing opportunities to transmute hate, dissolve hurt, and even transcend repetitive healing cycles by being a heart-centered helper to the world around you. May it always include the importance and necessity of holding space for each of your needs, as the mind and heart merge together in the holy matrimony of oneness as we serve both parts with kindness, compassion, and love.

May the changing of leaves, the shifting of weather patterns, and the ebbing and flowing of humanity’s journey of ascension inspire the coziest of connections, whether shared with loved ones in your home or nestled in your heart as the home of your expanding soul.

From my heart to yours, thank you for being here at this time and shining your light — even when you aren’t sure there is any inner brightness to be shared. Thank you for existing as living proof of Divinity in form and being the missing piece that completes the puzzle of the Universe — just by being exactly as you are.

Please enjoy this deeply soothing newsletter and all the blessings it offers your life.

All For Love,

Matt Kahn

Please enjoy this recent social media dialogue as an extra dose of support for your fall season:

Question: How can I encourage someone with long standing health issues to be thankful for their symptoms, if they are truly miserable with feeling ill all of the time ?

Matt's Answer: My advice would be to turn the invitation around. Instead of encouraging them to be grateful for their symptoms, we remain grateful that we get to be a part of someone's healing journey and walk along side them -- no matter how slow moving progress may seem. While your heart might be in a beautiful place to desire healing for others, all too often we either only know how to support by rescuing or needing someone else to shift, so we the empaths can feel greater relief in someone else's presence. It highlights a pattern of codependency where we need others to change in order to feel as if we are being helpful. But that's how empaths tend to make other people's experience about themselves, instead of making it about the person healing.

Each and every person finds their way into gratitude, but not often due to such prompting. Instead, we hold space for gratitude to arise for those steeped in healing by being the ones who are grateful for them -- no matter the condition getting worked out. Your heart is in the right place, but with a few shifts in your approach you will eliminate the potential of victim shaming and give someone in the midst of healing one less thing 'to do'. May you remain grateful for who they are in your life and let them know as often as you can. From this space you may come to realize, no one needs different circumstances, but greater support for the circumstances at hand.
