The Dark Night of The Soul, or Ascension, is when we come face to face with our fears that we have been taught since childbirth. This means that you have been living in darkness for however many years. This is quite a shock to the system. The Ascension process can feel like you are so alone, and you have no-one to turn to because nobody else understands this strong experience you are going through, but you do have help.

For me personally, I am not religious. I have always believed that the Bible is brainwashing. Sure, I believe there is a Higher Power, but I am God. We all have Christ-consciousness energy within us, but we are taught to never realise this potential. The Dark Forces who are trying their hardest to keep us in the dark and fearful side, know about the power of love and how it could destroy them if everyone practiced sending unconditional love instead of hate.

If you ever feel sad about what goes on in the world, you receive tingles in your crown chakra, you feel anxious and depressed for no reason, cannot focus, or feel extreme fatigue, you are not alone. These symptoms all point to lower vibrations, and the mind is making you face the fear that you are moving to a higher vibration. I am not stating that all of these symptoms are lower vibrational - especially the tingles on the crown chakra.

After a lot of in depth meditation, I can now feel energy surrounding me. I feel a lot of static energy, but in my bedroom, where I do most of my energy work, I feel divinely protected. The prickles on my crown chakra tell me that I am moving along on this path, and every day is going to get easier.

A lot of fear is surrendering to the Universe to what will be. We are programmed from a very very young age that we have to work to achieve success. Bills will not be paid without money. But money was born out of nothing, so it is worthless. Instead, isn't it better to the notice the wealth that is surrounding us all - the wealth of nature, the wealth of love, the wealth of health, sight, touch, speech, and compassion. We are millionaires if we choose to be, but fear is the hardest aspect to withdraw from.

You may feel in this Dark Night or Ascension process as the world is raising its vibration. It no longer wants to live under the New World Order - fear, anger, greed, wars, famine - it wants us to find out true potential and work with our Higher Self to raise the consciousness of the planet.

As I know, the Dark Night of the Soul can bring on alienation from society. I did not ever feel special or "the chosen one," but I am grateful that I have found my soul purpose. Sadly, a lot of my friends have disappeared from my life because we are not longer projecting at the same vibration. This will occur, but you will attract influential people into your life. You can always call on the Universe and the Angels for help and guidance. The more you talk with them, the more beautiful sights they will bring into your life. I had never before experienced number synchronicity, but now I spot it every day. It is a divine sign that you are on the right path and to visualise your desires.

How did I Enter The Dark Night of the Soul?

I have always been one of life's truth seekers. Apparently, it is written in the stars, but material things have never satisfied me. I used to spend spend spend to fill this emptiness within, but I found myself spiralling into debt because I didn't know how to fill this void. Now of course I realise that materialism is a way to make us step away from the path to Ascension, hence the reason why there are so many rich celebrities in the world. They are mind controlled to spread the word that being rich and successful is the way to happiness. This is false.

Money cannot buy true happiness. Happiness grows from within through wisdom and knowledge. Become a truth seeker or ask "Who am I," and you will enter the Ascension process. When I began finding out about the pharmaceutical industry and how they purposely make drugs to cause harm and even death, there were no words to describe how much I hated "them," but I then realised about love and fear and how it is easier to destroy the Illuminati (the people who rule the world) with pure unconditional love.

Ascension can help you do that. It helps you to open your heart chakra to stop judgement, criticism, and hate, and only see the good in everyone. This is all about the game of life. We all have free will, we can all think for ourselves, but is this for the good of humanity or to feed them with more power? Be aware of your thoughts...they contain much power.

Symptoms of Ascension

• Feeling alienated from society
• Difficulty in working and even looking after yourself
• Extreme bouts of fatigue followed by euphoric moments
• Trouble with concentration
• Aches and pains, mainly in the lower back area
• Increased synchronisation
• Tingles in the body, especially the crown chakra
• Crying for no reason
• Empathising with another person's tough struggles
• Emotional ups and downs similar to bipolar disorder.
• Loss of appetite or increased appetite
• Feelings of disorientation
• Scared of letting go
• Depression and anxiety, with no idea of how this appeared
• Your knowledge of life alters dramatically (perhaps money no longer matters)
• Better able to pick up other people's energies

There are ways I have helped myself through Ascension.

Use Meditation: Since the mind creates our prison, it needs to be freed. Meditation helps to quieten the mind, make contact with your Higher Self, and work through the pain and struggles. Past memories are likely to erupt, but this is a positive step. Your mind is working through the pain you have lived with for however many years. The subconscious mind holds onto everything. Meditation and Ascension simply release those memories or thoughts holding back your power. I learnt how to peel away the layers from my psyche. I can choose to send back all the negativities within my awareness and send them back to the Higher Self of the original sender. So I send back all those energies of judgement, jealousy, lack projected onto us through the Governments and Media, and afterward, I feel lighter. I still continue with this process.

Avoid Gurus: You are only on this journey because you choose to be. You know it is going to be very difficult, but you do not need to invest time and money into energy healers or gurus. The power is within you. Seek it from your Higher Self. Okay, I purchased an advanced meditation from Cameron Day's Ascension Help, and I email several so called energy experts or angel healers, but I received hardly any response. The truth is always within, now is the time to trust the potential living within.

Juice or water fast: Although I do not have the mindset to try a one day water fast, I have successful accomplished a six day juice fast. It made me feel great, so connected to myself spiritually. I had a clearer mind, lots of abundant energy, and I shifted almost a stone too. However, a juice fast is extremely difficult because the body goes through extreme stages of hunger as it the digestive system is clearing itself of food. If you can quit smoking cold turkey, you can work through a juice fast. Pineapple, pink grapefruit, orange, and lemon is delicious.

Give your body what it wants: If you feel energetic, head to the gym, but if you feel extremely fatigued, stay in bed and rest. The mind is losing its ego identity through The Dark Night of The Soul. The ego tries to control everything. Sure, it flares up in me, but I know when it is bringing up anger and fear, and I can 'delete' this fact and work on my thought energies. Ascension uses a lot of energy, but as yo work through the fear, every day get a little easier. Learn to trust the power of your Higher Self. Feel that you have no energy to do a thing? The energy is being utilized by the body to heal the mind.

Feel mental: I do believe that mental health is a form of spiritual crisis, but unfortunately individuals are forced to halt this process through psychiatric or anti-depressant drugs. Even Swine Flu is man made, so do not have the vaccine. It is a simple scaremongering tactic used by the Government to make you trust them. Listen to your heart and your instincts. This is always your Higher Self speaking to you. The more you use it, the stronger it will become. You are not a slave to anyone. Choose to be free. If the body was given the tools to heal naturally, mental illness would no longer exist in society, and so too would the rich drug making companies. I am not stating this is for everyone, but I think the majority of people classed as mentally ill are going through some kind of a spiritual crisis. I believe this has nothing to do with karma. I even read somewhere that mental fogginess and illusions can be caused through having a crown chakra that is too open. Hematite if a fantastic grounding crystal and is available in ring and bracelet form at a fair price in crystal shops and at spiritual fairs.

Research Ascension: This is what I did, and still do. When I feel so alone, it gives me inner power to know that another has suffered with this pain. There are many videos available on Youtube describing ascension, or there are abundant websites which can give you further tools to increase your awareness.

Shocks: People will disappear from your life. Do not feel shocked or discouraged from the Ascension path. You are working through your fears and moving to a higher vibration. This is very very positive. Feel empowered. You are moving away from the third dimension realities of fear, greed, and hate into one of love, compassion, humility, and forgiveness. Other shocks may include debt, losing partner, home, or even an accident.

Ask The Divine: Request help from your Higher Self, the Angelic beings, or God/Universe. This is not weak, it is extremely brave to trust in a higher energy who we cannot see with the naked eye. Surrender and do not question your decisions. Always follow your heart and you cannot go wrong. Angels are forever around us, but they can only enter our free will if we request help. When you receive the help, you may feel warmth or calmness. They can even touch your scalp letting you know they are around as I feel through crown chakra tingles.

Every positive transformation brings happiness and truth. Ascension is only for the brave, but if you start to find out the symptoms of what you are going through beforehand, the process becomes more manageable. Know that you are helping the world with every positive step you make in healing your psyche.
