In Receiving Mode - Are You?

In Receiving Mode - Are You?

All the action in the world can’t compensate for being misaligned with source. Let me explain.

We live in an action-oriented world, and most people don’t realize that where we are vibrationally creates our reality. Our vibration consists of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.

If we believe we don’t deserve abundance, whether it’s money, health, or love, that gets reflected back to us.

We live in a ‘just enough’ world. People believe they have to work hard and, even then, get only ‘just enough.’ Just enough money, just enough health, just enough love. Trying, pushing, and efforting are how people have approached life for eons.

It stems from feeling unworthy. Somewhere along the line, we were taught that we had to prove our worthiness, and most religions reinforced that belief. Man created a judgmental god who rewarded or punished man according to his thoughts, emotions and actions.

Of course, as far as creating goes, action is part of the equation. But it needs to be inspired action. And that comes when you relax and just allow things to be as they are. Your soul knows what you want and need, and it will be delivered at the right time and in the right way. Granted that way may not be the way you expected, but it will be for your highest good. It takes trust and some patience, but it is well worth it.

Real-Life Examples

Here are five real-life examples of individuals who might not be in receiving mode:

  1. The Overworked Professional:

This person works long hours, believing that only through constant hard work and sacrifice can they achieve financial security or professional success. They often feel stressed and burnt out, ignoring the signs their body and mind give them to take a break. This relentless pursuit without acknowledging the need for rest and alignment suggests they are not open to receiving guidance or opportunities that could come from being in a more relaxed, trusting state.

  1. The Perpetual Skeptic:Someone who dismisses ideas or opportunities that don’t fit into their narrow view of how success should be achieved. They might see offers of help or shortcuts as traps or unworthy because they believe everything valuable must be hard-earned through struggle. Their skepticism and cynicism about alternative paths to success or happiness keep them from being in a state of receptivity to different or more aligned opportunities.
  2. The Self-deprecating Individual:A person who consistently believes they are not worthy of love, success, or happiness due to past failures or ingrained beliefs from their upbringing. This belief system creates a reality where they unconsciously reject opportunities or sabotage potential relationships because they don’t feel deserving. Their lack of self-worth keeps them from being in receiving mode for positive experiences and abundance.
  3. The Control-focused Entrepreneur:

Entrepreneurs who believe they must control every aspect of their business and life to succeed can also fall into this category. They struggle to delegate, refuse to trust others, juggling too many tasks on their own. They resist going with the flow, believing that only through their direct action will things get done right. This need for control can prevent them from receiving creative solutions, unexpected collaborations, or insights that come from being open and trusting the process.

  1. The Pessimistic Planner:Individuals who always plan for the worst-case scenario and focus on what could go wrong rather than what could go right. They spend so much energy trying to mitigate potential disasters that they close themselves off to the possibility of things naturally aligning for their benefit. Their pessimism and lack of faith in good outcomes keep them from being in a receptive mode, where they can notice and take advantage of opportunities for growth and happiness.

Real-Life Examples

Here are five real-life examples of individuals aligning with their source and their soul, demonstrating the power of being in a receptive mode:

  1. The Mindful Entrepreneur: This individual starts their day with meditation, setting intentions that align with their highest good and the good of their business. They focus on inspired action, trusting their intuition to guide their decisions rather than reacting to every perceived crisis. This approach leads to innovative solutions, effortlessly attracting the right people and opportunities to their business.
  1. The Grateful Artist:

An artist who practices gratitude daily acknowledges the beauty and abundance in their life, even when faced with challenges. They create from a place of joy and alignment with their true self, allowing their art to flow naturally. Their work resonates deeply with others, bringing opportunities for exhibitions and collaborations that they never aggressively sought out but that align perfectly with their path.

  1. The Intuitive Healer: A healthcare professional who combines medical knowledge with an intuitive understanding of their patient’s needs. They listen deeply, not just to the words but to the energy of their patients, and offer treatments that consider the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Their practice flourishes not through aggressive marketing but through word-of-mouth from patients who feel deeply seen and healed.
  2. The Conscious Parent:

This parent believes in raising their children in an environment of love, acceptance, and understanding. They trust that by staying aligned with their own inner source, they can provide the guidance and support their children need to find their own paths. They witness their children thriving, not from pushing them into numerous activities or rigid structures, but by encouraging them to explore their interests and talents in a way that feels right to them.

  1. The Philanthropic Investor:An individual who uses their wealth to support causes and projects that resonate with their soul’s purpose. They invest in social enterprises, environmental initiatives, and community programs, not just for financial return but for the joyof contributing to positive change in the world. Their investments are guided by a deep sense of knowing and trust in the flow of abundance, resulting in impactful outcomes that often exceed their expectations.

These examples showcase how aligning with one’s source and soul and operating from a place of trust, openness, and patience can lead to a fulfilling and abundant life that effortlessly attracts the right circumstances, people, and opportunities.
