10 Quick Steps to Free Humanity from Endless Processing

10 Quick Steps to Free Humanity from Endless Processing

If you were drawn to this post, you are most likely at the stage of your ascension, where you are no longer processing for the collective consciousness.

What may have felt good to you in the past now feels uncomfortable on both a physical and emotional level.

We are now ‘nurturing our own radiance,’ to borrow a phrase from a very wise mentor of mine.

We are in the process of releasing things that no longer serve us. We are releasing our ancestry, our bloodline. It’s why many of us don’t feel that same connection anymore with our biological family. We are letting go of our spiritual families back home. We each belong to a particular spiritual family; some are from Michael’s family, for example. Your angelic families of origin.

It’s not letting go in anger but in love. As we release them, we also set them free. We are in a place that can’t accommodate dependency or holding energies. That is why we are letting go of any caretaking or processing for the collective, for humanity.

What we are doing requires a lightness of being. We can’t carry baggage into our freedom.

That means we are not required to do anything for humanity except nurture ourselves. Self-nurturing is the greatest service we can offer the rest of humanity at this time.

We will not access our joy or freedom if we believe we still need to process our emotions for anyone. We have moved out of that role—at least if you resonate with this material and do not feel any joy in the idea of processing for the collective. It’s a feeling you can trust.

A Message To Women

And this goes double for the female gender. We will not be able to feel the joy of our soul if we are still caretaking anyone, including humankind. As women and those who carry the feminine balance, we are finally giving ourselves permission to let go of the notion that pain and suffering is a virtue. That notion has been a part of our DNA for a very long time.

The idea that as women we must carry the wounds of humanity’s heart.

That is being extracted from our cells. New cells are being created that have us feeling our freedom here on this planet. A freedom that women have not felt on a planet that has perceived her as less than worthy for a very long time.

There’s Nothing To Figure Out

On a human level, it’s not something we need to try to figure out. It’s happening naturally as we integrate our soul. Our soul, at this stage, is not into suffering. It has been learned that suffering and martyrdom get you nowhere—except to create more suffering.

Some see the new way as selfish and irresponsible, especially for a ‘spiritual’ person. Then, maybe we need to redefine spirituality or remove the word spiritual from the equation.

Putting ourselves first goes against the grain of everything in this world, whether you are on any particular spiritual path or not. It is better to give than to receive is one of the oldest adages and one of the most manipulative.

Our freedom relies on our self-nurturance. And that self-nurturance includes enjoying the sensual nature of life and the joy that our soul already embodies.

Others on the planet are taking over the role of holding and processing energies for humanity. But for us, it’s time to move on.

Conclusion

Embracing a journey of personal ascension involves nurturing oneself and stepping away from collective burdens in a loving manner. Here are ten practical everyday actions that align with the ethos of nurturing one’s radiance and letting go of processing for humanity:

  1. Mindful Meditation: Dedicate time each day to meditate, focusing on your breath and presence. This practice helps in acknowledging and releasing thoughts or emotions that are not serving your highest good, facilitating a deeper connection with your inner self.
  2. Journaling for Reflection: Keep a journal to express your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Writing helps you process personal emotions and release outdated beliefs or energies that you might be holding on to unconsciously.
  3. Nature Connection: Spend time in nature regularly. The natural world has a way of grounding us and helping us to let go of external pressures and energies. Whether it’s a walk in the park, tending to a garden, or simply sitting under a tree, nature nurtures our soul.
  4. Self-Care Rituals: Create self-care rituals that you enjoy. This could be a warm bath, a skincare routine, practicing yoga, or preparing a nourishing meal for yourself. These acts of self-love support your physical and emotional well-being.
  5. Creative Expression: Engage in activities that allow you to express yourself creatively, such as painting, writing, dancing, or cooking. Creative expression is a powerful way to connect with your inner joy and freedom.
  6. Setting Boundaries: Learn to set healthy boundaries with others. This means saying no to tasks or energies that drain you and yes to what nurtures and revitalizes you. Setting boundaries is a form of self-respect and love.
  7. Digital Detox: Take regular breaks from digital devices and social media. Constant connectivity can lead to information overload and distract you from your inner peace and self-nurturance journey.
  8. Gratitude Practice: Cultivate a daily practice of gratitude. Acknowledging and appreciating the small joys and blessings in your life shifts your focus from what you’re releasing to the abundance and beauty that surrounds you.
  9. Energetic Cleansing: Regularly engage in practices that cleanse your energy field, such as smudging with sage, taking salt baths, or using crystals. These practices help in releasing any energies that you may have absorbed from others or the collective.
  10. Community of Support: Surround yourself with a supportive community that resonates with your journey. Being around like-minded individuals who also prioritize personal growth and self-nurturance can be incredibly uplifting and affirming.

Incorporating these practices into your daily life can support you in nurturing your own radiance, letting go of external burdens, and embracing your path of personal freedom and joy. Remember, the journey is unique for everyone, so feel free to adapt these practices in ways that resonate most deeply with you.
