My brothers, balance right now is fundamental. Always look into your minds and see a scale, in which, in order to have the right weight, it must always be in balance. And so you need to keep your minds and your hearts. Each negative feeling experienced needs a positive feeling of the same intensity or greater, to balance that emanation made.

I understand that for you, thinking before speaking, meditating before acting, analyzing before feeling, are very complicated and complex things. But in the current time where everything is accelerated, where the Light arrives with maximum intensity, you need to be very careful with what you say, what you think and what you feel. You have to pay attention to every second, every moment. Always keeping in mind: if you produced or emanated something of low vibration, emanate the opposite, emanate something of high vibration with at least the same intensity, and you will be annulling that process that you just generated.

It is not an easy process to act like this, because you need to be vigilant all the time, especially in your thoughts, then in your words and then in your feelings. Be careful what goes through their minds. Be careful what comes out of your mouths. Be careful with the feelings that emanate.

It would be very interesting if each one of you had a meter, an energy meter, a vibration meter. You even have this meter, but you don't know how to look at it, you don't know how to interpret it, which is the aura of each one of you. So right now, just pay attention, pay attention. Analyze, if possible, what you are going to say beforehand. Think twice. Be especially careful with thoughts, because they come very quickly and with immense force. When you feel them, emanate opposite vibrations at the same time, if you have emanated something that is not from the Light.

So I'm going to give you a gift here. I will leave each one a ball of White Light. Anyone who is in the habit of doing what I'm going to talk about will have a lot of help. Just believe in what you are doing and you will see what you need to see. Then when you wake up, visualize a bright white ball in front of you. And call to me, saying, "Serapis Bey, always show me how my vibration is", and be sure, you will see that ball rise or fall. She might even disappear; it will depend on what you emanate.

It's no use creating the ball too big, because depending on what you think, say or act, it will disappear just the same. So you must believe that there is a bright ball of White Light ahead of you wherever you go. It will be a meter and when you want to know how the vibration is just think of the ball and you will see it. This will be a good exercise for everyone.

Now be patient, your brains need to believe that the ball is there, otherwise you won't see it. So repeat the exercise often, and the day will come when you can see the ball. How long will it take? It depends on each one, but the gift is given. It is enough for each one of you to receive it and decide to use it for your own evolution.
