I will never tire of repeating that the joy in my heart at being able to be here once again is always immense, knowing that I am still bringing my messages to all of you.

Difficult times, aren't they? Times of pain and suffering for some. That's how you see it. You tend to look at everything that happens and deep down, deep down, believe that everything is a punishment, for everything you've done, for all the sins you've committed. You see it as punishment.

I think it's always worth remembering that punishment was a way of explaining everything that happens to you, but from a perspective of fear and dread. You do it and God the Father/Mother punishes you. Many still think this way, even some who are awake, who call themselves awake. They still look up at the sky and ask: "Why?" and deep down they feel a little angry with God the Father/Mother for doing everything He is doing.

All the beliefs that have been presented and placed must be erased from their minds. It is no longer possible for an awakened being to think in this way. They need to understand and accept that everything that happens to them is the result of energies emanating at some point on their journey. No one has anything to do with it. Often the lessons come through other people, yes, but they are also going through the same problem and are just an instrument for what you need to learn.

My sons and daughters, don't bleed your hearts. Don't cry unnecessarily. Look at everything and everyone with eyes of wisdom. And what are eyes of wisdom? They are the eyes of the one who sees everything and understands that at that moment, that suffering, that pain, could be a learning opportunity, could be the execution of something planned, could be something that that soul has attracted...

I could go on and on. This is seeing with the eyes of wisdom. You'll never know the real reason, because you barely know your own journey, let alone the journey of others. Minds are a little confused because they're seeing things they've never seen before.

Many absorb, learn and find it pleasant to have a new vision of a certain point. Others refuse to accept, refuse to learn, and see everything as punishment, or a great injustice from God the Father/Mother. How do you know how everyone on the planet is reacting to everything that is happening?

You can barely understand yourselves, because there is always a question mark, there is always doubt, where to look with the eyes of wisdom is to have no doubt about anything, it is just to accept, trust, surrender to everything that is happening, without reaction, without resistance.

It's already been said by many here: You are on that buoy, following the course of the river. You can stop at any moment and get out of the river, but you'll never know what lies ahead, you'll never find what awaits you up ahead, because it's the speed of the river that will take you there, not walking.

The river has its calm moments, when you practically don't move. There are stretches where it's quite rough and you feel afraid of what's to come. So what should you do with the river? Trust. Trust that whatever happens to you will be the result of something, which you don't really know what it was, but that at this moment, if you surrender, if you trust, the tendency is for your journey to become more and more helpful.

We are aware that certain parts of the river are not easy to cross, but we are there to make sure that you don't drown or give up along the way. And anyone who looks at the shore will see us standing there, with our hearts shining and a smile on our faces, looking at each and every one of you. And at that moment when our gazes meet, you gain strength and are able to get back on your feet. And that helps you to be more and more sure that you will be able to make it.

You don't have to suffer alone, but don't expect us to carry you across the river. But we will certainly calm the waters a little. Never forget that. You have to go through the lessons, yes, but you can ask for our help, and we will certainly always have a way of helping you without interfering with the lesson.

It's not the suffering that makes you learn the lesson, it's the understanding, it's the look of wisdom. So you can see that each of your journeys is already complex. So why do you insist on following the path of others? Why do you insist on experiencing the suffering of others?

You're not looking with the eyes of wisdom. Look ahead, at the river you're running along. You need to pay attention to your path. Forget the other person's rapids, forget the waterfalls they'll have to face, because you'll have yours too. So pay attention to yours. Each one of you who rises, who walks towards the Light, increases the Light quotient of the planet. The more you enlighten yourselves, the more the planet is enlightened and this Light is absorbed by those who have no Light at all, and by those who have no Light at all.
