Once again, my presence here is a reason for great joy, as I can now lead you to a greater space of Light.

My sons and daughters, continue the journey. Make all the agreements you made when you incarnated on this planet count. All of their souls knew the role they would play at this time. It is not a simple role, but it is not a role that could cause them problems, nor could it pose a danger to their physical integrity. And what role would that be? Emanate Light. That's all.

It is only necessary that at the moment of emanation, you are focused on something. Think of something. Put the focus. We have always said here, everything you focus on increases, you feed that energy; be it good energy or bad energy. So, focus on something.

Do you want to emanate Light? Very good. Then have in front of you a photo or something that can represent the size of the universe in which you want to emanate this Light. Look at this, paper or photo or image, for at least 5 minutes. Your brain will remember every detail. You may not keep it, but your Higher Self will certainly be accumulating that image. And the moment you finish the 5 minutes, you can close your eyes and prepare for the emanation of Light, and your Higher Self will take care that all the light emanated by you will go to that focus that you observed.

Is it difficult for my sons and daughters? No, it's not. “Emanating Light without focusing is bad, doesn’t it work?” Of course it's not bad, and of course it works. Because you simply emanate Light; and where does this light go? For your surroundings, for your home, and everything will depend on the power you are emanating and the size of the halo you create around you. So it works too.

“Ah, but can I visualize a place instead of looking?” It also works. I'm just putting it here for those who don't usually focus on something for a long time, their minds chatter too much and at the moment of emanation they start to think about various things and end up moving away from the objective. When looking at a target, a focus for 5 minutes, staying focused on that target, makes your Higher Self believe that that is your intention. And even if later during the emanation, your thoughts come and go, you will be emanating to that place, because it will be your Higher Self that will be putting all its energy there.

You will have already created a connection with that focus, and any and all energy you emanate will go towards it. Of course there is a caveat there. If at the moment of emanation you start to think: “Is this working? Am I doing it correctly? Will this help? Oh, I don’t believe this will help.” In other words, if you raise a lot of doubts, it is better not to start, because you will interrupt your emanation of Light energy and you will be emanating more doubts, more shadows.

We've already said it here and I'll say it again: Doubt is a product of the shadow. Those who doubt do not emanate Light. Doubt brings shadows. Understand this. So focus, have faith, and be sure that you are doing it for the greater good. Oh, and another important point. “There is a difference between focusing on my building or focusing on the planet. Will the energy I love be greater or lesser?” No, it won't be, will be identical.

That's what I said: You focused, you intended, who will emanate, who will conduct the energy is your Higher Self, and through it, all of us will be there together, emanating the necessary energy to the point you focus on. It will not be you who will emanate immense energy for the planet. It will not be you who will emanate a small energy because it is your building. There is no difference. Emanating Light is emanating Light, and your intention is what counts, your focus is what counts. And we will ensure that all the energy reaches where it needs to go at the appropriate level. Understood.

So don't worry if emanating light to the planet will leave you exhausted. No, you will emanate the Light that your bodies possess, neither more nor less. When you focus: “I will emanate Light”; your body has a gradient of Light, it has a quotient of Light, and it will be this consciousness that will be emanated, neither more nor less. And if you focus and surrender to your Higher Self, it will attract us, so that we can enhance the energy you want. Understand?

So, there's nothing more to say. Just be Light. Emanate Light. The little that each one does from the heart will be a lot, and that is not why everyone should from now on focus only on the planet. No. If you focus on your building, for example, how many people will you be involving in Luz? Think about it. Start small. Emanate Light to your building, then to your neighborhood, then to your state, to your country, and then arrive at Gaia.
