Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Whenever I come to you, my heart explodes with joy and Light.

Because it is another opportunity to be very close or, as I would like, inside the heart of each one of you.

Today I want to bring you an interesting experience. I will bring a lake. You will sit on the edge of this lake. This lake is located in a very high place. In the distance, you only see mountains. You are sitting, still, serene, on the edge of this lake. You watch the waves crash near your feet; and they are minimal, almost non-existent. They just respond to the gentle breeze that blows in this place. And there you are, sitting by the lake.

What comes to your mind? Worries, problems, anxieties, fears. What is polluting your mind right now? Close your eyes, and ask yourself: Why are you in such a wonderful place and thinking so many bad things? You are in a place of peace, of Love, of balance in nature. You are sitting in Gaia's body. Why so many bad thoughts?

Maybe the answer won't come. Maybe you don't want to hear the answer. Or maybe you're not thinking at all. Perhaps you are observing the landscape. Many may be thinking good things, being grateful for being there, marveling at the beauty of the place. Some can even play throwing stones into the lake. Others can use their fingertips to touch the water and watch it move. As you can see, there are many possibilities.

Each of you is a different being. So, each person would react to that place differently. Neither would be identical to the other. Neither would think the same as the other. So why did I bring this image to you? To tell each of you that, you are unique; that each of you has your strength, your faith, your balance, and, most importantly, your journey. And not least, it's a different soul.

So, in these difficult times to come, don't try to live in someone else's moment. Don't try to be someone else. Don't try to suffer what the other will be suffering. Each of you has accumulated redemptions that must be made even before ascension. Situations, learning, experiences that must be cleaned. But these points are yours.

Your ego would like someone to admit its mistakes, wouldn't it? You guys like it; of blaming someone else for something you did. But there's no way. Not at this moment. At this moment, everyone is responsible for everything they have done. And the energies are returning, to be cleaned, to be transmuted. There is no way you can transfer anything to anyone. It will be you who will treat and live each one of them.

And then I ask you? You already have this immense load of things to be corrected and experienced. Would you accept the burden of someone else, to take care of too? Be sincere. The point here is not to be nice. You already have enough problems to take care of. Do you want someone to come and throw more problems that aren't yours into your lap? Wisely speaking, you will say no, that yours are enough. So, how do you want to throw what is yours at someone else? You can play on someone else, but the other person can't play on you? Your way of seeing is interesting..

So, my sons and daughters, what I bring here today is an awareness of how alone you will be from now on. Lonely in the sense that each person lives what is meant to be lived; live what is yours. Clean up your own mess. Forget the others. The path of others belongs to them, not to you. No matter how much Love you have. Understand, you need to take care of yourself. You may not be able to take care of even what is yours. How do you still want to burden yourself with what belongs to others??

It is necessary, my sons and daughters, that you sit in that lake, and just leave there, everything that is no longer useful; everything that no longer matters. Because everything will be changed. Nothing will remain as it is. So why cling to what will be destroyed, what will be changed??

Do this exercise. Place yourself on the edge of a lake, with clear, clear waters and very serene. And ask Mother Nature, Mother Gaia, to help you see everything that you need to leave there, leave behind, let go. And she will definitely help them.

An important point in this process is not to worry about dependents; those who depend on you. Everyone has their own story. Each one came to live what needed to be lived. So, you won't be the ones to take on anything for them. Everyone will be treated, everyone will be cared for. No one will be abandoned. But detach yourself from everything and everyone, so that you suffer as little as possible.

Your children are already ready. They don't need your help, on the contrary, they will help them, except the babies. But don't worry about them; just take care and love. And everything will be all right.

Be you. Now is the time to sit in that lake. Lonely. Letting everything come to the surface so it can be dealt with. And not think about anything else. And, above all, just think about yourself. Because the great teaching will be this: Each one with their own burden, each one with their own path, each one with their own choices.
