The daily cleansing and clearing work forms the basis for you to create the kingdom of heaven and not hell within you. If you want to enter the sacred place within you, then you have to treat it like a temple and not like a garbage dump.

Where is hell?

It's a place inside of you! It is a mental and emotional state in which your consciousness is disconnected from Oneness. There is no train going to hell, no one gets there or has to move there.

Heaven or hell is a place within you. To understand this means to take responsibility for your life, to determine the destination and, if necessary, to do inner clarification work.

If your mind is clouded, your feelings are diffuse, and your mind is full of opinions, then it is difficult to penetrate to the true core of your being.

Then you react instead of acting, then you are thought instead of thinking yourself, and then your inner being is in constant turmoil.

If you are confronted with negativity, lovelessness and hopelessness on all levels of your being, and if this has a detrimental effect on your day-to-day consciousness, then you have two options:

1. Consciously staying away from negativity
2. To consciously confront yourself with negativity until you can recognize and strip off the fakeness of it.

Work

If you want to create heaven within you, then it means work – work on your issues.

It's about recognizing the trigger points of your anxiety – overriding false beliefs with right beliefs, questioning opinions, and removing everything that doesn't belong to you.

How can you tell all this, you ask? By starting to work at some point!

Hell doesn't spread overnight. It's a process that goes on for a long time as you feed your inner self with false programming.

When the damage has been done because opinions and false beliefs have become entrenched, it is difficult to free yourself from it. Therefore, make sure that you never fall into this trap, that you do not cloud your consciousness, that you do not pollute your feelings, and that you do not confuse your mind with garbage thoughts and fears so that you can no longer think clearly.

Then the hellish goings-on on earth represent only one scene in the play for you and not the whole game.
