"Dear one, I understand that you often experience doubt and uncertainty in relationships. This is because you perceive them through the lens of illusion. You see another as separate, with a distinct body and self—and thus, you frame the relationship accordingly.

But what if I invite you to step out of this 3D role and view "the other" as a reflection of yourself? It is all you—all that is—and therefore, the other is you as well.

You are being asked to see the divine in every person. Though this may seem difficult and even artificial, we from this higher perspective strive to comprehend your struggles so that we may assist you.

Observe yourself, and in doing so, you will understand your relationships. Do not focus on the behavior or patterns of the other—whether they are rational or emotional. Instead, look within.

Certainly, the "other" may seem different, but soon you will discover that the mirror reveals the reflection you need to see. If you criticize, you will see more of what you judge. If you reject something, you create more of that rejection. The other does not exist outside of you; rather, the two of you co-create the relationship.

While you cannot change the other, you can master yourself and, in doing so, generate a profound transformation.

A relationship is tuned to a specific vibration. If it is rooted in traditional values like security and stability, it is generated by a 3D frequency, meaning you are playing a role within a limited reality frame. If you wish to transcend the 3D reality, you will be pushed out of the role.

5D relationships are different. They expand beyond the conditioned mind into unconditional love. A 5D relationship, particularly a twin flame connection, serves a different purpose than providing security and comfort. It is designed to push your limits, urging you to experience love from within, beyond the confines of the relationship. It teaches you to trust, patience, and care—not just for the other, but for everyone.

Such a relationship will challenge you, push you to the brink, and make you uncomfortable. Often, it will reveal aspects of yourself that you do not want to see. Yet, all of this will be healing if you can embrace the journey without trying to keep it stagnant.

From our perspective, we see you striving to maintain the status quo, but doing so prevents you from quantum jumping into the 5D reality. Allow change in your relationship. Take time, allow space, and invite the energy that holds you. Be together, but not too close, as maintaining your individuality is part of your human experience.

Learn to navigate this journey and release old, traditional pathways that may have served your grandparents but no longer serve you. Be open, and be free, but do not seek distractions. Being open does not mean seeking more outside of yourself, but rather looking within and accepting both yourself and the other.

Love what you see, and love will return to you. Do not strive to love the other; instead, love yourself in each moment. Moreover, do not even strive to love yourself, for you are constantly changing. Instead, love the present moment as it is.

See yourself as a river flowing through various landscapes—high and low, rough and gentle—and love all of them, for they are all part of your journey.

Do not confine yourself to the roles of husband, wife, or other such labels. See the other as your best friend, for when you leave these bodies behind, you will realize that it was not the roles, but the essence behind them—love—that brought you together. Friendship is the foundation, not marriage, not commitment, not vows.

You are guided to navigate this differently. Bring this new way of loving to Earth so that many may learn to love in a way that is fuller, deeper, and more true than ever before."
