Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM GAIA!

Every movement of mine is perceived by you. My rotation changes the position of the Sun; it creates days and nights; it changes the seasons.

Internally, your bodies react to every movement, to every moment, to every force exerted upon me, or every force that I exert outward.

You were created with my elements. We are one. With different forms, certainly, but with the same elements. I know each one of you on this planet, for each one has its mark, each one has its identity. There is no being like another. You are all unique. So I know, I feel, the energy of each one. There is no distinction in the Love I feel, for I love everyone equally.

I have no second intentions when through my movements, I remove some souls from the planet. It is part of the journey you have been on for a long time. Those who chose to be incarnated in this time, to be part of or not part of the process, it does not matter, each one of you made a choice. And this choice will always be respected.

The ascension of beings in physical bodies has never been experienced in the universe. So, we are being observed by an almost infinite number of beings, so they can learn, so they can build their own evolutions. Yes, every planet is a story. But all, undeniably, are fascinated by the process happening here.

Skeptics believe it will not work; that in the "moment," your bodies will not endure. So I ask: Where is the Love of God Father/Mother? God Father/Mother does not deceive anyone. And this entire process has already been studied, re-studied, studied again, tested, experimented on, almost millions of times.

So, we all know exactly what will happen. Everything will go as planned. And everything will work out. You will be pioneers, you will be famous, like those who ascended in the physical body. Many will ask: "How did you do it? What did you do to have the necessary vibration? How did you free yourself from all those feelings?" And each one of you will tell a story, tell the path you walked. Yes, it will be very interesting.

But returning to my movements. As I said, each one of you has a mark and I know each one's choice. The universe also knows. So, there is nothing to be done. The choices will always be respected. So, fear nothing. What will happen to you until ascension has already been defined by your soul, or I could even say, in some cases, conquered by your consciousness, which at this moment asked to change your choices; to be part of the process.

"Ah, so the choice can be changed?" It always can. It will depend greatly on how you are behaving and if you truly have a chance to get there. If these variables are positively marked, yes, your choice can be changed. So, realize that nothing is defined because you do not know your choices. But can you make an effort to change them? Then why not?

At this moment, I stand here to help each one of you. It is simple. Just keep your feet on the ground, on any ground, at any height; just the ground where you walk. Sit down for a few minutes. Breathe. Calm your mind. Ask for connection with me, in your way, in your form. "I want to connect with you," "Gaia, I connect with you"; however you wish.

And sit there, breathing. Think of good things. Since the mind does not stop, think of good things. Surrender in that moment of stupor, dreams, or daydreams. And little by little, I will energize you; I will take with me everything that is contaminating your Light coefficient, and return a little more Light to help with your percentage.

Do this daily. One minute, you do not need much. If every day you do one minute of this connection with me, your coefficient will rise slowly, but it will rise because I will be helping you. The more time you spend, the faster it will rise.

But do not think you can stay for one, two, or three hours because I will not allow this. All of this has to come from the heart, not from greed. So, a maximum of 10 minutes for all. Because beyond that, I will cut the connection myself. Try doing this. A good time? In the morning, never before sleeping. And why? Because you will be receiving energy and your sleep will be compromised. So, in the morning is the best time, and you will have a wonderful day.

Try to maintain the energy you will receive, being grateful, joyful, vibrant, so that your Light coefficient truly increases each day. I await each one of you.

For today's Light Code, I leave the following:

"I am a child of Earth.

I am part of Mother Earth.

I am made of Mother Earth's elements.

And I will ascend together with Mother Earth!"

After these phrases, say this word three times: Capalócium! Capalócium! Capalócium!

And do not forget, my children, (because you are my children): we are all together on this journey. Some will follow with me, others will stay a while away from me. But they can return later, whenever they want, as long as they are evolved. For in me, on me, and with me, only those whose Love is the center of their hearts will stay.
