May’s Theme: This month brings changes to your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

517: Navigating change isn’t always easy or simple and there are times when we just need to stop and catch our breath.

Today the Universe is simply letting us know that we are on the right path and that the work we are doing is paying off. Remember that patience and persistence are the keys to working with change. Once initiated we must embrace our faith and allow things to unfold naturally. Don’t get discouraged if it feels like nothing is happening, just keep adding focused energy to your creation and express gratitude for what comes your way. Things are happening and the wheels are turning, Just remember that the Universe has your back. If you need help just ask your divine support team. You’ve totally got this!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

• The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

• The Norse Goddess Freya celebrates fertility, spring and new growth. She is also a goddess of fate and extends to us an invitation to use your personal magick to create. She says “Feel the pulse of earth beneath your feet and feel the sun upon your face. Draw upon them to enhance your power as you help the tides of fate to weave your destiny.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Bloodstone gives us the ability to adapt to the changes that are  taking place more easily. It strengthens our intuition and promotes good decision making. 

• Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

• Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start.
