Beloved ones of my heart!

Let me begin this communication with the words that mean the most to my soul. I love you!

Please allow these words to enter your heart in a frequency that reminds you of your true state of being. You are love! These are moments to heal and be free as we enter this place of tranquility as one.

Never hesitate to say these powerful words! When you speak, “I love you,” the whole universe feels the frequency in ripples of gratitude. As you heal others, you are healing yourself. Within each fiber of your being, a change and action is occurring. Like a liquid balm of peace, your words are felt.

When you feel stressed, discontent, bored or hurt, speak, “I love you,” and observe how quickly your perspective changes. Love cannot coexist with fear or anger. You were given words of love in all languages. Speak these words often. Even when alone, you are heard by the angels around you!

When you spend time in nature, feel the breeze whispering “I love you,” to your skin and eyes. Know that this is real and part of the gift of life in form. Like a magical kiss, the trees been down with branches to touch your face. Flowers send their own frequencies of love as you smell them in all their magnificence and color.

Everything is here to serve you and love you! Having this perspective will guide you to notice tiny moments of your life. A beloved pet will look into your eyes and you both will have a visceral reaction. You feel divinity in the body form of a precious animal that has arrived to say, “I love you.”

The words are misused and overused in songs and relationships of discord. Love is love and any substitute has no meaning with distortions of truth. Love is giving, kind and patience. Love can overlook the flaws of another and become light for their path. The love within you can remind another of the love they forgot. Love is unconditional and universal for all beings.

Love can heal anything. As you perceive a malady of any kind, imagine love pouring over the area and bathing the injury in this frequency. As you speak, “I am love,” a powerful process of all cells will begin to change the body. The frequency of “I am” is the gift of life that is always available.

Feel the words of “I love you” and allow this to become part of your daily meditation. In the higher realms this is called communing and we allow the presence of god to cover our being within and in our surrounding space. This is the most sacred moment and most powerful gift that you can give to yourself. All others will know when you have communed with the light of creation.

For those that desire peace around the planet, imagine the earth as you say, “I love you.” Trust that your intention will be honored as peace from your own heart is felt. Receive this frequency of love from other hearts as you live and breathe together.

In all of your endeavors of employment, preparing meals or caring for a family, quietly say, “I love you” and watch everything change to joy! Even harsh moments must vanish in the presence of love!

And lastly I would suggest this method of expressing love. Sing and dance as much as possible. This raises your frequency and mood. Words matter so choose songs of freedom, compassion, joy and laughter. Your body will respond with a renewed physiology and boost to the immune system. If you cannot move, know your thoughts. Will allow the same reactions!

Love is the magnificent light of being that grows stronger when given away!
