Question to The 9D Arcturian Council: While working on our inner transformation, how can we keep our vibration high and not be pulled down again into the 3D frequencies?

"Greetings to all of you!

I am your Arcturian guide today, and my name is Jeynah. I love to have this connection with you all. Please take a moment to tune into my vibration so you can call me again whenever you wish to.

No, I will not be your genie, and I will not make your desires come true—at least not all of them—but I will definitely be there to help you maintain a high vibration and thus create a joyful reality.

Regarding your question, I would love to offer you my perspective.

I know that when change comes on Earth, many experience the change in a slower rhythm, but many awaken quickly. As you do so, the first thing you remember is that you create your own reality, and this is exactly the first mindset that you should adopt.

As you know this and many others do not, because you are conscious, your power of manifestation will be much higher. Therefore, you will not be pulled down by others, unless you truly believe that you can be.

You will not be affected by others, but by your own mind, because of past and very strong conditioning. Your own unconscious beliefs can realign you with the 3D timelines.

However, you are also becoming more present and looking more within. Now is a good time to meditate and to really appreciate time in silence. Your interactions with others might also be reduced because you start to value being alone with yourself. You know that this time is very much necessary so you can change past conditioning. Ideas, beliefs, and different mindsets will make themselves seen in your mind, and once you observe them, you can also choose not to engage with them. The first step here is to be aware of them, and you become aware during your meditation time.

Do not tell yourself that others might stand in your way, or that the world does so. There is no world, my dear human being. The world that you perceive to be separate from you is merely a dream, an illusion. Love it all, and you love yourself. It is all a projection of you.

You keep your vibration high when you think positively and intentionally and find a great purpose in life—because you choose to give it purpose.

You choose each thought in which you believe carefully because you know that you are creating out of it.

You let go of any judgmental thoughts, hatred, or inner conflict because now you truly wish to keep that high vibration.

However, it is something that you will need to take great care of. As many of your masters on Earth have said: choose your playmates carefully. At this time, you are opening up and becoming very sensitive, stepping into thought patterns and energies that are not yours. Do not blame anyone, and do not consider anyone to be less than you. Acknowledge that each and every person has their own unique journey. Value yours, and follow your spiritual path with great determination. Turn your attention within for a while until you are fully awakened. Do not think that just because you know about us, or because you have practiced yoga for a while, you are enlightened.

To be fully awakened is to see the divine in all that is.

To be present means not to see a world separate from you—this is when the dream stops.

So do your work, put in all your effort, have patience with yourself, and know that you are always ascending. The beauty is that you never move an inch from what you truly are—you are always Source.

Understand this paradox and embrace it, because only the wise one can do so. And if you do not get it, ask for further support. Be open to welcoming masters into your life and to listening to your intuition.
