Today I'd like to share skillful ways to manage this year's volatile energies. I'll discuss why 2024 is a marker year for humanity's metamorphosis into a higher consciousness - and what this means for your life. Background

We are living through an unprecedented form of rebirth - impacting each of us and humanity- at- large. Humanity's consciousness will not be the same after this metamorphosis. Living on Earth will not be the same - for humans or other life - after the metamorphosis is complete! As this transformational process is under way, energies naturally will be volatile and uncomfortable.

As Divine Changemakers we are at the helm, learning to stay present to the big picture and ask for a higher view of happenstance. We are learning that sensitivity can be our ace in many situations, for we sense and know things that help us and others we encounter.

5 Tools To Manage 2024 Volatile Energies

1. Mindset. Do your best to be open-minded, curious, and investigative. This means asking questions - from an unbiased perspective - listening deeply to what your inner guidance says. Similarly, apply this approach with others, looking beyond the surface of what they are saying and taking nothing they say personally. Sit with ideas you get from your guidance and from interacting with others - then mull them over in your mind before going within yourself for clarity and wisdom.
2. Take regular breaks to reset. Examples: walks in nature, meditation, spending time near or in water. Find joy in little things, either alone or with others. During this downtime, turn off your thinking mind. This raises your frequency and allows you to be a more effective agent of change.
3. Strike a balance in how you view things. Some things could be highly-charged from your ego's fear-based perspective. Inquire within for a balanced higher view - inviting a knowing of how things can be a force for good (e.g. something you learn or grow from).
4. Let go more of the time vs being fixated on a goal. Insights and breakthroughs come when you stop ruminating and overthinking, allowing your guidance to show you next steps, one at a time.
5. Learn to understand your own energies, including your astrology. This will increase your self-awareness and provide a priceless tool for navigating life's ups-and-downs.
