Dear Friends,

This weekend it's time for a brief time-out and reset after weeks of navigating stay-at-home and learning to adapt to a plethora of new things.

Your mind-body has been on overload, doing its best to work within a brand-new structure of doing daily tasks. Relating to others outside your home has been a new experience - with virtual meetings replacing in-person ones and shopping becoming a carefully orchestrated endeavor to allow for social distancing.

To be sure, your nervous system has been processing these new protocols. And your emotions likely have been more on the surface than before. The sheer magnitude of changes you have assimilated in such a short time has been taxing to your being that has been used to a routine.

Perhaps the most challenging piece is uncertainty. We're in a time with many more questions than answers, facts people often don't agree on, and many answers simply not available because of how unprecedented the COVID-19 crisis is.

My guidance last year, when giving me dates and themes of global meditations, said April 18 is "Life Force Renewal." When I inquired about what that meant, I heard: "You'll know when it arrives." So then, here we are, with a need to stabilize and reset our energies after weeks of doing our best to adapt to a global situation with an uncertain next phase.

I'm looking forward to sharing this virtual event with you on Saturday. The energies for this are already building on the inner planes. Spirit knows what each person needs, and also how we can best support the healing of humanity and the Earth at this pivotal time. If you are new to these, know that these meditations are a healing for each person and humanity at large - specifically targeted to the times and energies of the moment.

Indeed, the Earth and all of its life forms are in need of stabilizing now. So many things have gotten out of balance regarding how we live together on Earth. The planet itself and spirit are nudging humanity to take stock and choose more loving ways. We will focus on these things at our meditation, energizing a mega awakening and transformation. During guided process with Selacia and The Council of 12, you will receive quantum healing designed to help you connect with the silver linings of these moments. Receive spirit's higher view of your life. This will help you connect the dots in your life journey and know beyond a doubt that you were destined to be here right now. As part of that, you will receive an updated understanding of what's unfolding now on the Earth.

Participate in a powerful planetary healing facilitated by Selacia and The Council of 12 - assisted by energetic forms of dolphins and whales. Using sacred sound, crystals, and essential oils, the process is designed to help you achieve breakthroughs, inner peace, and harmony with others. During the process, you will have a tangible sense of connection with spirit, the dolphins and whales, and other participants from around the world.

Crystals (optional for registrants): if you have a favorite crystal you want to energetically include in our meditation (live or MP3), designate it in advance of guided process. Not necessary to hold the crystal, but you can if desired. A quantum grid of healing will be created with the crystals, as part of the planetary healing.

Essential oils (optional for registrants): if you resonate with essential oils, it's recommended that you apply or diffuse therapeutic grade oils. These will raise your frequency and help you experience the healing energies on a deep level. Suggestions for this meditation: Clear blend, Relesae blend, Sacred Mountain blend, Frankincense.
