Hello,

I think we need to talk about zombies. I know. Weird topic. But...there is an intense increase in brain fog, loss of concentration, general forgetting, lack of alertness and inability of focus.

All was predicted by Rudolf Steiner in regards to the intensifying of the 8th sphere around the earth. Ahriman is afoot, for sure. I highly recommend checking out the Steiner Archive here. There are various lectures on the 8th sphere, Lucifer and Ahriman, many pertinent insights that help to understand the current environment more clearly. You just have to type those terms into the site search bar.

The 8th sphere, or dark lower astral control systems, use fear, and need fear. They cannot create anything, they can only destroy. They feed on low emotions, and because they cannot create anything, they attempt to thwart, or distort, the energy of what already exists.

The more peaceful and present in our body we are, the more alert we become. It's OK to slow down and take time to gather your thoughts and center fully in your body. You will find that when you take time to center, your mind sharpens and the fog lifts.

One thing that we have to keep in mind during these challenging times, is that we cannot expect the same habits, or spiritual practices, to suffice under these intensified conditions. You may have to increase your meditation time, and limit and violent, disturbing programing. You may have to sleep more or eliminate potentially harmful foods from your diet. It also may take you longer to lift your mood or get the results and changes you want in your life. All of that is ok! Take the time you need! The most important thing is that you are progressing on an inner level, as all external change begins there anyway!

These symptoms are occurring is because there is an intense battle in the astral plane, this battle is often called the battle of heaven, and we all feel it within our mental, astral body, or the level of our mind.

The conflicts on earth are reflecting this battle in higher worlds, and thus, we must understand that these are not ‘normal’ times. These are new times. Strange times. Times that require more from us.
Times that require us to dig deeper, to develop ourselves more, to trust ourselves more. You can do it, it is within you. You just have to bring it forward and trust the process.
