Maximizing Intuition: Techniques to Enhance and Develop it
- Details
- Written by Alue K. Loskotová
Have you ever walked into a room and immediately known who was who and who you would get along with, even if you didn't know anyone in the room?
Ignored the latest "health craze" or other popularly accepted advice about drugs, diet or supplements because it didn't seem reasonable and you later realized you did the right thing? Have you ever avoided a place or situation even though logic told you to that there is no reason for it and later you found out that it would be really dangerous for you? If so, you used your intuition brilliantly!
If you are one of the many gifted, talented, or awakening individuals, you may wonder why your intuition has sometimes served you well, but in other situations it doesn't seem to make itself known, or it doesn't make itself known strongly enough or quickly enough as you would like.
Intuition, or "your gut brain", is actually the ability to tune into frequencies. These are the frequencies of people around you, food, your environment and emotions, or thoughts and scenarios.
Some people are naturally tuned into a larger spectrum of frequencies, and like a radio, they naturally pick up more "stations". These frequencies provide them with remarkably deep and accurate information about people as well as past, present and future situations.
Despite the incredible progress of science, there are still frequencies that we are not yet able to accurately identify, measure and understand scientifically. Ne every person is currently genetically and sensory equipped to clearly receive each "station", or frequency. However, we are certainly all capable of using our own individual capacities to "tune in".
Here are some ways to strengthen your intuition and develop your "intuition muscle" to make the most of it.
Tune in to your intuition
Remind yourself regularly that we have been socialized and conditioned to filter and even ignore our intuition, especially as it is expressed through the sensations of our bodies . These feelings actually tell us how we feel, what we need, what others around us are experiencing, what the weather might be like and even what the planet might be doing at the moment.
Step back for a moment and observe your body as a vessel. Notice as objectively as possible the emotions and physical sensations that flow into and out of you at different times of the day. Make notes about it so you can see over time which frequencies your body is actually sensing, when you notice them, and how you react to them.
By making notes, you will see your patterns more clearly and you learn to distinguish what comes from your own system from what you perceive of other people or the world around you. Intuition and its strengthening is primarily about mindfulness, connecting to your body and practice.
Trust your body and your instincts
Once you become clear through training, mindfulness and notes when and how your system responds, accept it and act accordingly. Not what works for other people, or what others tell you, but what works for you personally, what you have come up with yourself. Respect it and use it actively and consciously, especially if you are physically craving a food or spice, a certain environment (land, city, water, nature, etc.), climate or temperature, sport or activity, hobby, theory or method.
There is always a reason. . Desire signals something you lack or need to return to an optimal state. The body knows what it needs and can tell itself. Trust these signals and over time your body will send more and more valuable and understandable information, even much more often.
Exercise
Intuition is like a muscle. She needs to exercise to stay strong and active. Use other people for your training. When you meet someone, notice what you feel, what thoughts or ideas come to your mind, and observe what is coming from the other person and what is your own. Do these perceptions and thoughts match the person's environment and body language? respectfully) ask what you sensed from her. You will likely find that you have indeed been picking up her frequencies: thoughts, feelings, and future energies.
Pay close attention to the content of your dreams. A dream is a universal way that we can receive intuitive messages, get information, and sometimes it can be very valuable and profound.
Raise your personal vibration
Surround yourself and stay in touch with people of a high and higher energy frequency. Whatever you do and wherever you are, try to live your day in good company, in mental clarity, joy, creativity and comfort.
Visualize desired results and a beautiful future. Trust and be grateful for this ride.
