With the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, Pluto returning for the last time in Capricorn, Mars entering Cancer, Venus entering Scorpio, as well as the Sun and Mercury both entering Libra, September is a major turning-point month.

Tuesday September 17, Lunar Eclipse in Pisces (25º41’) at 7:34 PM. We may want to remember what happened in our lives during the 1997 and the 2016 Lunar Eclipses in Pisces which happened at similar degrees, as this will give us an indication of what to expect. Our feelings, creative imagination, prophetic dreams, and idealism are being greatly enhanced. Because this cosmic event makes us acutely aware of flaws and imperfections, some people will feel irrationally tense and irritated. Others will walk around in a dream, their common sense having gone out the window, oblivious to reality, escaping in a world of their own invention. And still others becoming very aware of their emotional needs and what lacks in their romantic life, will be very clear on what needs to change in their love relationship. Work and health issues will come to the forefront. As our fears and doubts are being amplified, our faith is also being tested. It will become important to serve but within clear boundaries. Resting and paying attention to our spiritual life will be key in helping us clear whatever was holding us from our highest fulfillment.

Pluto re-enters Capricorn for the very last time on Sunday 9/1 until November 19. This ends the cycle of Pluto in Capricorn since 2008. The corruption at high level that had existed for eons behind the scenes became obvious to the public in a glaring light. The people, seeing the reality behind the facades, became more aware and thus wiser. This last round will bring down many people in positions of authority, who, thinking they could keep getting away with murder, deceived and abused others.

Moreover, Pluto remains retrograde this whole month till October 11. Its shadow period lasts until February 2, 2025. The degrees traveled in September (0º01’ Aquarius-29º41’ Capricorn) are associated in the Sabian Symbols with the following images: “An old adobe mission in California” and “A secret meeting of men responsible for executive decisions in world affairs”. Church and politics have ruled for millenniums, enslaving most of the world, but now, the power is gradually being taken back by the people who, seeing clearly through the veil, are connecting to their own true power.

Mars enters Cancer on Wednesday 9/4 till November 3. An excellent period of buying a home or doing some house repairs. Periods of high energy may alternate with bouts of total laziness. Regardless of our sex, our motherly instincts are likely to awaken. Harmony with our family members is paramount, as any discord would be emotionally draining. We may not be too straightforward in expressing our feelings yet should try to be if we don’t want our frustrations to spiral into physical challenges. Following our intuitions is important, as well as striking the right balance between honoring our needs and respecting those of others.

Saturn remains retrograde this whole month until November 15. Its shadow period lasts until February 18, 2025. The degrees traveled in September (16º35’-14º26’ Pisces) are symbolized by: “An Easter parade”, “In the quiet of his study a creative individual experiences a flow of inspiration”, and “An officer instructing his men before a simulated assault under a barrage of live shells.” A time of seriousness and reflection, requiring of us to go within, focus on our work with discipline and diligence, and leave no stone unturned in our preparation for the future that we want.

Uranus turns retrograde on Sunday 9/1 at 8:18 AM and will remain so until January 30, 2025. Its shadow period lasts until May 17, 2025. The degrees covered in September (27º15’-26º56’ Taurus) are associated with the following images: “A woman past her ‘change of life’ experiences a new love” and “An old Indian woman selling the artifacts of her tribe to passers-by”. We are asked to tap into the uniqueness of our inner resources. Our originality is our strength. This is what separates us from others and gives us something to enrich the world with.

Neptune remains retrograde this whole month until December 7th. Its shadow period will remain until March 28, 2025. The degrees covered in September (29º03’-28º16’ Pisces) are represented by: “A majestic rock formation resembling a face is idealized by a boy who takes it as his ideal of greatness, and as he grows up, begins to look like it” and “Light breaking into many colors as it passes through a prism”. What we focus on, we become. If we keep our eyes on greatness and light, that is what we shall embody.

On Monday 9/2, take out your blank full moon charged papers and write on each a concise, positive intention. Place them on a balcony, in a garden or near a window so that they are out by exactly 6:56 PM for the New Moon in Virgo. Once that moment has passed, staple them together and put them away in a folder expecting the manifestation of all your dreams….

Next month's intentional meditation starts on Tuesday 9/17. Take out as many blank sheets of paper as you have intentions and place them near a window, on a balcony or in a garden so that they basked in the light of the Full Moon (Lunar Eclipse) in Pisces at exactly 7:34 PM. Once that moment passed, gather your Full Moon charged blank sheets and place them in a folder until the next New Moon next month.

A trying day. People in positions of authority could reveal their selfishness and need to control at all costs. We could feel burdened with responsibilities. Our social life could be restricted. Best to focus on our work with persistence, concentration, seriousness, and patience, and take care of our own well-being.

Sunday 9/8: Mercury enters Virgo (11:50 PM) till 9/26

During the next 3 weeks, our mind is sharp, attentive to details, and focused on selfless service. A wonderful time to enroll in a class, read, study, and travel to learn something new. We are likely to be more communicative than usual, are interested in improving our health and understanding better the needs of our body. Signing up to a yoga class is encouraged.

Wednesday 9/11: Mercury Sextile Mars (8:42 PM)

Our confidence in our ideas is strong. We call a spade a spade. Great for initiating a project requiring competence, quick decisions, and demanding intellectual work. We could feel a little argumentative and enjoy competition. Our mind is strategic. We find change stimulating. Vigorous physical activities are helpful.

Thursday 9/12: Sun Square Jupiter (3:53 AM)

Prone to restlessness, exaggeration, and over-confidence, we might bite a little more than we can chew. Taking on too many projects is not advised. Our inflated sense of self could lead to extravagance. Best to hold off on buying, selling, or engaging in any legal battle. A day best spent reevaluating our moral values and expressing humility and gratitude.

Saturday 9/14: Venus Trine Jupiter (10:34 PM)

Our social life is warm and pleasant. Romance is favored. Our domestic affairs are blessed with harmony. People feel fair, friendly, comforting, supportive, and generous. A great day to attend a glamorous event. Artistic endeavors are favored. Financial affairs are prosperous. We may even receive a gift or a favor.

Friday 9/20: Sun Opposition Neptune (5:17 PM)

Remaining realistic could prove challenging. Our sensitivity is enhanced. We are likely to feel more compassionate and empathic than usual but should be stay away from people who play with our emotions or misrepresent a situation. Even if the situation we are in seems ideal, we could experience a fleeting sense of discontentment. Meditating, creating art or just resting are good uses of this transit.

Saturday 9/21: Mercury Square Jupiter (1:50 AM), Sun Trine Pluto (11:12 PM)

Blind trust is unwise. We should be particularly careful to not promise more than we can deliver. However, our ability to focus on the silver lining of every dark cloud and optimism are great strengths today. If we can plan things carefully, do not overlook details and remain moderate, this can be a great day for business transactions. Our natural authority commands the respect of others. A day to bring into the open any conflict that may arise and solve it for the good of all concerned. Taking a stand for what we believe in gains us the respect of others.

Teaching, traveling, studying, publishing, and lecturing are favored. Things may not quite go according to plan, but if we remain open and flexible, we shall find that we are moved in the perfect direction.

Love is on our mind. We may spend more time than usual figuring out what works and what doesn't in our relationships. We are interested in teamwork, seek peace, beauty, and balance. Sunday 9/29: Mars Trine Saturn (9:06 PM)
