Hello to all my friends, it is a privilege to write a newsletter because you know I can't read or write but I can talk into a computer and I'm always in the hope that it's printing out properly and that you have the patience to read the newsletter.

I hope it helps you, and that it touches your heart, gives you peace, fills you with hope and puts a smile on your face. So thank you again to all my friends all around the world.

Today when I was out and about, it was a little bit chilly, mild wind but it was lovely. The fresh air is clear of course because I live down in the countryside here in Kilkenny, and only 5 minutes from Sanctuary. But today when I was out walking, I had first gone for a drive as the angels had said, and I heard my phone beep. Angel Hosus was in the passenger seat and just said ‘Lorna pull in the first chance you get.’ So I pulled into a farm gate and smiled at Angel Hosus as I picked up my phone. It was a friend asking to meet for a coffee. Angel Hosus gave me a big smile and nodded his head saying yes. So when I got there, I parked the car and as I was walking through the streets Angel Hosus was talking to me about friendship and how important it is, and I said, ‘yes Angel Hosus, friendship is important that's just why I'm looking forward to meeting my friend.’ The streets were quite crowded, and I was feeling happy about meeting my friend.

We were just talking and sitting together over tea or coffee, sharing, and laughing and smiling about good and not so good things. After meeting my friend, I came to the crossroad where the lights were, and Angel Hosus said to me ‘look across the road at the cafe where you're going.’ As I glanced across the road, I saw two young women almost run and embrace each other. It’s lovely seeing people embracing and seeing friendship. The angels just wanted me to share that with you today.

As I was walking back towards my car, the angel showed me something lovely as well. It was a young boy walking with his mother and his little sister, When the angel said to me ‘Lorna look further down the road’ and I saw an elderly woman walking towards them with a little dog. The angel turned and looked at me with a big smile and told me to watch as they got closer.

The little boy suddenly ran ahead shouting ‘granny I'm calling the little dog!’ I just loved what happened next, the little boy fell to his knees and embraced the dog in love in friendship, and just seeing the love coming from the little boy being poured on the dog and the dog loving the little boy back made me smile. The grandmother was also very happy. This is just one of the stories for you to remember how important friendship is. Friendship with another human being or an animal or with nature. It is so important for us all. For now, I just want to say I'm going to go for another walk as soon as I finish this newsletter. I'm going to head down to the Sanctuary and bring some seed with me for the birds, and a little bit of bread in my pockets to share with nature.
