Law of Attraction and the idea that if you change your thoughts you change your reality has exploded, ever since the movie The Secret came out.  Many of us really dug in and learned how the universal laws worked and how we are an integral part of that energetic system, and it all made incredible sense. The science behind what we’ve learned over the years does nothing but support this ‘too good to be true’ synopsis.

Still, as much as we believe it to be true, many of us get totally blocked in putting it to use in a beneficial way. Does this sound familiar? You totally believe in the law of attraction, but at the same time you are holding an opposing belief that it can’t, won’t or doesn’t work for you. Maybe it works for everyone else, but not for you. You don’t trust it! You’ve heard that the Universe has your back, but you don’t believe it.

Maybe we learned as a young child that people or the world cannot be trusted. Some of us learn to not trust our own intuition.  We’ve been told we were wrong every time we opened our mouths, so we go into a flight pattern and protect our well being by withholding trust……even in the mist of evidence. What we don’t realize is our evidence of the laws of the universe in action, is all around us.   It’s in the ecosystem, the air we breath and our current physical reality. What our reality appears to be at this very moment is evidence of the energy or vibration or feeling that we have been in, the majority of the time, prior to the creation of it.

You want change? Change your energy….feeling……in another word, your vibration. Match the vibration you’d be in if the change had already taken place and your physical reality begins to shift to bring that match to you. Like attracts like.   I know…I know, these are things you’ve heard a million times, but you still have a hard time connecting to the truth that law of attraction can work in a beneficial way for you and yes…the Universe does have your back!

So, let’s do some tapping to see if we can’t shift that conflicting belief, so you can be free to step into your truth and create what you want!

Even though I have a hard time believing that the law of attraction works for me……..I accept who I am and how I feel

Even though it’s hard to believe that the Universe has my back……….I’m not sure anyone has ever had my back………..I honor how I feel and who I am

Even though it’s frustrating and I struggle with all of these doubts…….I just can’t believe things will work out for me………..I accept how I feel and love myself anyway

EB:  I’m having a hard time believing that the universal laws work for me

SE:  Even though they work in the entire universe and I believe that…………it’s impossible for them to work for me

UE:  I’m too different……nothing works for me…….and I’m afraid to believe it will

UN:  Because if I believe it will and it really doesn’t……I’ll be terribly disappointed

CP:  I couldn’t take that!

CB:  It’s best to stay safe and hold back……hold onto my doubt

UA:  I don’t have to put all out that way……I can play small….play it safe

WW:  I won’t get hurt….disappointed

TH:  Things will stay the same…….but it’s better than risking disappointment if I let go and trust

EB:  This strong belief that the Law of attraction won’t work for me

SE:  And I don’t trust the Universe has my back……..there’s no way!

UE:  It feels impossible………I have never experienced that much support before

UN:  I wonder if it could be possible……..I wonder if it’s possible to just be open

CP:  Open to seeing evidence of it working……….open to just being open for what shows up for me

CB:  I’m willing to let go of my resistance to trusting in this amazing Universe and the laws that work so perfectly within it

UA:  I am a part of that energetic system and a part of this amazing universe

WW:  How could it NOT work for me………it has always worked for me

TH:  I am now becoming more aware of how to make it work for my benefit

EB:  Simply by staying aware of how I feel in any given moment

SE:  And choosing the better feeling thought……and reaching for joy

UE:  I’m open to letting go of the doubt that the Universe has my back

UN:  What do I have to lose?

CP:  I have nothing to lose and everything to gain

CB:  This fear that it’s all BS……that it won’t work……..I choose to let this fear go

UA:  I choose to be open to trusting ….even if it is the first time ever

WW:  I choose to step into the truth and power of who I am………….a powerful co-creator within this amazing energetic system

TH:  And I choose to change my energy to that which matches my desires now

As you continue in this way, more and more evidence will show up to support and strengthen your new belief and you’ll soon discover you’ve turned the tables, flipped it upside down and are moving in a direction that gets you closer to what you want your life to be.
